The Team
The Position
The CK Ecommerce Planner owns the merchandise planning of selected divisions for the official Calvin Klein webshop for Europe, trading in 27 countries.The Planner reports into the Director Ecom Planning, Price & Partner Program
Key Responsibilities
Manage the buy budget and stock levels for Calvin Klein product divisions, across both genders:
Footwear
Accessories
Performance Apparel
Licensed goods (fragrances, sunglasses)
Build success of the divisions together with the Ecommerce buying and site merchandising counterparts
Prepare analyses and range plans for planning, buying and product divisions, from early strategic inputs all the way through buy season
Develop an analytically derived assortment strategy as input for the buying team, down to option /depth level, based on historic performance and anticipated future development
Improve assortment productivity and stock discipline with accurate size analysis for buying and replenishment
In-season replenishment to optimize conversion and full price sell-through with the merchandising counterparts
Cultivate connection with retail country teams to drive stock transfer and markdown strategies
Plan promotions and end of season markdowns together with the Ecommerce pricing function to clear stock while maximizing margin
Work with web analytics, retail and product divisions to share insights and create efficiencies in reporting tools and dashboards
Key Relationships

The Ideal Candidate
Merchandising planning process, from planning OTB to in-season trading and end-of-season markdown
Strong team player with excellent social skills to build and strengthen the everyday relationship between core teams: buying and site merchandising, site operations
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in spreadsheet analyses to derive quantitative and qualitative business insights from data
Ability to summarize and visualize unstructured queries into a compact insight
Quick to learn new systems and tools
Strong organizational and planning skills to handle multiple tasks
PowerPoint skills coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments outside the core every day team
Focused on achieving results & confident to take on accountability to deliver to expectations
Highly motivated and flexible, proactive approach
Comfortable working in an international environment
Fluency in English is required; working knowledge of another European language a bonus
Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
Preferred education: Business, Fashion management
Advance knowledge of Excel
Minimum 5 years ecommerce professional experience
Previous planning/merchandising experience
Basic knowledge of SAP, BW, HANA; basic knowledge of Web analytics a plus
