About the job
The Team
The Ecommerce team is responsible for managing the European owned-and-operated tommy.com and calvinklein.com sites across all European markets. The team executes all necessary functions to manage the Ecommerce business end-to-end. Both brands are growing at a rapid pace and have very ambitious growth targets for the coming years.
The team is 115+ people strong and will expand significantly by the end of the year. Our team consists of highly motivated and skilled professionals from various cultural backgrounds and nationalities, making it an inspiring environment to work in
As the own-and-operated eCommerce business is one of the main growth opportunities for both brands, there is a high focus in the organization to support the ecommerce expansion.
The Position
Setting the foundations and leading the new partner program team, building track record and relations with departments beyond core eCommerce
Driving profitable sales by trading the assortment presented on partner site and promotional activities in collaboration with the partner
Improving and maintaining internal processes to manage this business more efficiently: profitability modelling, assortment planning, master data, commercial calendar, reporting
Partnering with PVH IT & Omnichannel transformation teams to ensure the timely onboarding of new accounts, managing stakeholder expectations: ecommerce, wholesale team, middleware provider
Assessing the commercial & operational capabilities of a potential partner & ensuring they adhere to our minimum standards
Feed learnings back into the wholesale organization to enhance the sales opportunities in the upcoming seasons
Driving preparation and communication of business reporting in collaboration with partner and PVH Business intelligence
Supporting the preparation of strategic business updates
Key Relationships
Europe eCommerce: Planning and Master data, Merchandising, Operations, Finance, and Analytics
Wholesale team managing the respective accounts
Europe Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Intelligence, Finance and Legal teams
Business/technical teams of partner accounts
Middleware provider project management teams
The Ideal Candidate
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively, building success together with a larger team
Highly motivated and flexible, proactive approach
Strong organizational and planning skills to handle multiple tasks and business partners
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in spreadsheet analyses
Deriving quantitative and qualitative business insight from data, improving business processes
PowerPoint skills coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to present and map complex eCommerce business solutions and processes
Focused on achieving results & confident to take on accountability to deliver to expectations
Quick to learn new systems and tools
Comfortable working in an international environment
Fluency in English is required; working knowledge of German a bonus
Preferred education: Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics
Minimum 5 years eCommerce professional experience; track record in partner program is a key requirement, with at least 3 years working within a partner program
