POSITION SUMMARY:
Work closely with the Marketing Department to edit and produce marketing material including both videos and visuals. Plan, Develop, Execute and Manage Ideas to develop the marketing strategies of wide variety ofbusiness lines. Ability to communicate and interact with an array of people, from internal teams to vendors.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Propose new, creative, graphic solutions that meet the brand goals by translating concepts into exciting visuals.
Sophisticated design aesthetic that lends well to multiple platforms, print and modern digital marketing media including, but not limited to direct email marketing and social media and video/multimedia.
Responsible for visual effects, editing and video production.
Maintain strict personal and group goals and deadlines to ensure that the entire marketing development workflow is on schedule and brand standards
Coordinate project teams with both in-house and external people
Understand and respect the goals and work cooperatively within the existing parameters._____________________________________________________________

CREATIVITY: Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines. Creative and detail oriented is necessary in completing all projects. Must be flexible and solution oriented with a positive attitude toward teamwork. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to quick changes, requests and deadlines.
TEAMWORK: Builds good working relationships; collaborates toward deadlines and deliverables. Able to communicate effectively across the team and organization; effectively works at long distances.
ORGANIZING: Works according to defined schedules and deadlines; takes direction well and able to work with high accountability; manages own work and tracks progress. Seeks out resources to get things done; able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
ENVIRONMENT: Flexibility to work with deadlines and demanding workflow in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: minimum of 5 years design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
Education: Diploma or above in Graphic, Multimedia Design or related disciplines.
Skills:
High proficiency in:Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Flash suite for designing, Final Cut Pro, Avid audio production software planning and other graphic applications.
Familiar with responsive front-end programming (HTML/HTML5, PHP, CSS2/CSS3, JavaScript) will be a huge advantage
Possess strong conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, composition and layout.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and deal with budgetary issues.
Ability to be resourceful with specialty projects.
Positive attitude towards teamwork.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
