POSITION SUMMARY
The Jr Copy Coordinator is an integral part of our progressive, and rapidly growing, ecommerce business.This person will be responsible for the organization and cataloguing of copy documents and references, while also executing copy operations for CK.com. In addition, the Copy Coordinator will maintain and update PDP and SEO copy across the site as needed to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB

Copy operations
Coordinate the collection and documentation of features & benefits for all owned and operated styles
Perform website copy QA on a weekly basis
Monitor and adjust copy discrepancies and inconsistencies called out in reviews or customer service feedback
Edit PDP copy to align with reshoots due to stock discrepancies
Organize and upload romance copy, features & benefits for PDPs.
Attach filters to new styles during copy upload.
Perform weekly audit of filters on the website
Copywriting
Work with the copywriter to develop and revise copy points for the Wholesale teams
Develop stock copy resource for CK.com categories
Partner with the copywriter to have consistent alignment of the tone and voice of CK.com
Be able to write clear and concise copy for the PDP
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelors Degree

Experience
1 year experience copywriting in a paid role, un-paid internship or similar environment
Experience creating copy to support a luxury brand or product story across digital components (e-mail, social media,banners, product copy, digital headlines and features) is preferred.

Skills
Must be able to read and write English fluently
Content Management Systemsknowledge is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Excel recommended
Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding attention to detail in written and oral communications is essential.
