The Position

Driving the growth of eCommerce is integral to delivering the UK vision. As the eCommerce Marketing Manager it is your responsibility to define and implement the collaboration model, processes and planning required to accelerate the growth of PVH brands online with strategic partners.

As Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you will be an influential member of the eCommerce team responsible for a broad variety of projects from strategic to executional, as well as continuing to educate the wider organisation on digital ways of working.

The role offers you a platform to challenge existing models, whilst highlighting opportunities to the business for growth and efficiency.

This role sits in the eCommerce team reporting to the UK+ eCommerce Director with a dotted line to the UK+ Marketing & PR Director.

Responsibilities include:


Coordinate with Buying and Wholesale teams to identify and plan eCommerce marketing opportunities to drive revenue increases. Ensure a robust flow of content to promote and drive in season sell thru of commercial products. Leverage partner capabilities to unlock and maximise impact.

Collaborate with strategic partners to elevate the consumer experience and engagement online for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. Build joint roadmaps and plans to increase conversion across retailer channels and sites. Drive traffic and sales growth on and offsite using performance marketing strategy; search, display and targeting.

Partner closely with Marketing to identify new opportunities and ways to grow CK and TH brands visibility online. Align to ensure that any brand messaging is consistent.

Move eCommerce to the next strategic level; keep eCommerce team and the wider business informed of innovations in digital marketing by reviewing new technologies and consumer trends.

Develop internal reporting to measure performance and suggest ways to improve investments, efficiencies and enable processes to be more digital centric.


The Ideal Candidate

+5 years experience in eCommerce/Digital Marketing

+5 years experience in the fashion industry and/or consumer products industry.

Youll be a team player with a winning, positive mindset. Youll embrace collaboration with other functions to inspire teams to imagine the future now.

Youll have a consumer first mindset.

Demonstrates an exceptionally high-level understanding of eCommerce, led from data.

Ability to present complex ideas in simple ways to large, senior audiences.

Confidence to be the expert in eCommerce Marketing.

Strong knowledge of the digital landscape including commerce, performance marketing, social and marketplace.

Proven experience working with sales programs and processes.

Proven experience building successful customer partnerships and collaborative plans.

Strong communication and influencer skills are vital, as the position will place you at the heart of the business and interacting with a range of stakeholders.

Youll have a positive mindset with an exceptional passion for winning combined with a strong interest & enthusiasm for eCommerce; must seek and deliver fresh opportunities whilst demonstrating an ability to deliver as part of a team.
