The Position
At PVH everything starts with the consumer. Our ability to drive above market growth hinges on the depth of its consumer insights and how well it translates those insights in to effective, commercial actions. To develop deeper understanding of customers and consumers online, the Ecommerce Insights & Analytics Manager will employ a range of quantitative and qualitative techniques that are both innovative and pragmatic.

As Ecommerce Insights & Analytics Manager you will be an influential member of the eCommerce team responsible for driving performance and change across the business. Increasing trading performance via innovation and collaboration.

This role offers you a platform to challenge existing assumptions, whilst highlighting opportunities to the business for growth and efficiency.

Your focus will be developing relationships and ideas that will drive customer acquisition, engagement strategies and increase returns on investment.

This role sits in the eCommerce team reporting to the UK+ eCommerce Director.

Responsibilities include:


Owning the eCommerce analysis agenda. Work across multiple customers and channels data sources to generate accurate performance diagnosis and insights to forecast and influence eCommerce trends. Offer suggestions and opportunities on where and how to grow the business.

Managing relationships with external agencies to optimise eCommerce insight delivery to the team, taking responsibility for briefing on ad hoc. projects and new functionality/data integration. Be the go to person for eCommerce insight.

Developing internal reporting and manage generation of scorecards to deliver insights & recommendations on sales and media performance across multiple customers whilst addressing cross functional stakeholder needs.

Moving eCommerce to the next strategic level; grow, integrate and automate performance tools expanding & embedding eCommerce capabilities.


The Ideal Candidate

+5 years experience in eCommerce.

+5 years experience in the fashion industry and/or consumer products industry.

A consumer first mindset.

Youll demonstrate an exceptionally high-level understanding of eCommerce, led from data.

Ability to present complex ideas in simple ways to large, senior audiences.

Confidence to be the expert in digital data, insights and analytics.

Ability to look at data and generate insights and actions to grow the business.

Strong communication and influencer skills are vital, as the position will place you at the heart of the business and interacting with a range of stakeholders.

Outstanding analytical skills & attention to detail ability to create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities; must be solutions orientated with an ability to flex in order to add value.

Youll have a positive mindset with an exceptional passion for winning combined with a strong interest & enthusiasm for eCommerce; must seek and deliver fresh opportunities whilst demonstrating an ability to deliver as part of a team.

You will be highly consultative and motivated by an innate curiosity
