The Digital Operations Analyst will contribute to the PVH North America Digital roadmap including operational efficiency drivers and Omni-Channel initiatives. With guidance from the Director of Digital Operations, will help to identify opportunities that accelerate profitably of the digital business with a focus on all operational areas impacting the Omni-channel operating model (supply chain, order fulfillment, payment processing, fraud management, customer service, alternate payments etc.)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Take a proactive approach in identifying gaps and/or opportunities to drive operational excellence
Run business models to recommend strategies and to support building business case for investment
Analyze impact of initiatives post go-live to validate success, potential impact to business and plans to scale
Set ecommerce operational excellence targets and ensuring that all relevant service level agreements (SLAs) are in place
Monitor ongoing performance of digital operational performance, identify areas for continuous improvement
Accountable for ensuring all key performance data is captured, and to provide actionable insights to drive ongoing improvement
Consolidate large data sets across systems and platforms to analyze results
Partner with Ecommerce business leads to design and implement proper operational forecasts/peak planning
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of ecommerce, operations, or analytics experience
Knowledge of ecommerce and Omni-channel space and systems
Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Analytical capabilities, outstanding business insight, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working cross functionally and interacting with partners at all levels
Ability to troubleshoot, identify patterns, and generate new approaches to reporting
Organized, reliable self-starter with strong creative thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Highly proficient with MS Suite, particularly Excel.
Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment.
