The Team
Together with your Ecommerce business partner you will establish a sustainable working model to continue the build out of our PVH Ecommerce platform that enables our future growth. In this role you will be accountable for the HOW and liaise between internal and external technology teams to deliver the ambitious digital roadmap.
The Position
Oversee our technical journey through features releases along advising the business on solutions to support growth
Establish a solid technology foundation for Partners through our Guidelines and Principles.
Together with your Product leader support our Headless strategy
Set the vision for the Ecommerce technological landscape and architecture that meets the need of organization today and in the future
Define solutions leveraging existing as well as emerging technologies to create high- performing solutions that scale and deliver value
Partner with your business peer to drive roadmap value drops that supports the short and long-term business objectives
Build up strong capabilities and define best practices for world class operations
Play a key role in scaling the technical maturity of our omnichannel journey with focus on Ecommerce, while supporting other channels where needed
Creating better synergies between online and off-line sales and collaborate with your fellow technology peers to drive an optimal journey across our domains
Shape the strategic Ecommerce goals and evolution in close collaboration with the stakeholders, translating strategy and concepts to technical realization
Coordination with other domains in Tech and other departments
Responsible for Cloud Journey, business continuity and transition to Headless/SPA Ecommerce
Be the single point of contact for the Ecommerce department for all technology related matters
Define and deliver 24/7 support model for all the Ecommerce technology operations
This is a role which reports directly to Senior Director of Digital Commerce.
The Ideal Candidate
Strong communication skills; experience working with board-level stakeholders and navigating matrix organizations
You have all-round experience in the full stack of Ecommerce where web technologies and backend system are a familiar playground for you. Knowledge of HCL WSC is a plus.
The ability to translate business strategy and requirements into a technological vision and roadmap
Extensive experience leading multi-disciplined technology teams, with a focus on Ecommerce and Omnichannel
Collaboration and management of Vendors, to drive desired results in timely manner
The courage to be accountable for the results of your decisions
The ambition to deliver technical solutions that re-define the way we engage with our consumers
The determination to make bold decisions about the means & tools of delivery and operation in the Ecommerce B2C
A strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial thinking, and ability to drive Agile & DevOps initiatives across teams
Experience in digital transformation: changing culture, mindset and delivery practices
Experience in Cloud systems, and building and maintaining Microservices/API systems
Experience in Front-end and Backend technologies
Knowledge of Project management
