The Position
Aim of the role of Consumer Insight & CRM Specialist is to lead the transformation of consumer, market, digital and sales data into an insight source to secure a new approach to drive the brand performance.



Key Accountabilities

You will have the opportunity to develop professional competencies by leading the following activities:


Grow companys consumer insights and analytics capability;

Work with HQ and cross functionally with other departments for specific projects aimed to support the business through data;

Focus on developing the new CRM program partnering with HQ and Omnichannel team;

Lead and drive the development of consumer, trend, digital, sales insights to secure application of the brands experience across all touch points;

Support the evolution of the marketing strategy developing analysis and providing accurate and relevant data to take decisions;

Coordinate and consolidate the process of alignment between channels;

Secure regular communication with the main stakeholder of the company on trend, insights and data available and relevant for the business;

Be the main point of contact between HQ Consumer Insights team and Italian branch;


The Ideal Candidate
Requirements:


Previous working experience in a similar role

Knowledge on CRM and Omnichannel areas

Excellent analytical abilities

Excellent Excel skills are required. Its recommended solid experience with analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)

Excellent PowerPoint skills are required. Communication and presentation skills capacities recommended

Willing to support the team in daily tasks to achieve the company goals

Fluent in both oral & written English
