The Team
The launch of the B2B webshops in 2017 demonstrated that PVH wants to play a role in leveraging technology to drive the future success of the business. Since that moment the webshops grew out to become a significant channel supporting our overall digital transformation initiatives in wholesale buying. As the Operations Specialist B2B E-Commerce you work in the B2B E-Commerce team, within the Digital Product team.
The Digital Product team investigates, implements and broadens the use of digital tools and services at PVH to continuously push the boundaries of digital selling. From B2B E-commerce to the global expansion of the Digital Showroom, the teams aim is to optimize sell-in processes, to increase speed to market, focus on sustainability and improve efficiencies across the organization.
In this key role in the B2B E-Commerce team, you will report into the Senior Manager B2B E-Commerce, driving process optimization for the team and its stakeholders, and users of the B2B webshops. Our users can be split in various roles, from sales representatives to retail shop owners. Our product vision currently focuses on creating efficiency and brand inspiration while optimizing performance of our platform.
The Position
As Operations Specialist of the B2B E-Commerce team you will work together with various stakeholders to optimize processes and to create the best user experience across our wholesale webshops for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. In your this role you will:
Investigate and resolve business issues that are reported for the website and operational processes
Map processes and propose optimizations
Gather and document knowledge items
Always know what the users of the B2B webshops need for optimal user experience through quantitative and qualitative data.
Research and specify new site features and enhancements to existing features and log them in Jira.
Liaise with various stakeholders on requirements to ensure the Why and the What are specified so that the scrum team can work on the How.
Reach out to and work together with product divisions and other internal teams to develop initiatives.
Increase further adoption and use of digital selling tools across the organization and be an advocate for digital selling and its benefits;
The Ideal Candidate
You have a strong can do mentality and an extreme eye for detail, as the processes you work on will be used by thousands of our visitors. You are not afraid to propose out of the box ideas but always support them with both quantitative and qualitative data.
You bring 3 years + experience as Operations Specialist, its a plus if youve been working with large, high-traffic websites, preferably e-commerce sites. Multilingual sites are a bonus.
Solid experience working with SAP and a PIM system
Knowledge of and experience in project management
Passion for Business Process Engineering
Very precise way of working with eye for detail
Gains energy from solving complex issues and process optimizations
Sharp and constructive in your observations and not afraid to share them
Strong communication skills: ability to communicate with people across all different levels, nationalities and cultures within and outside the organization. Be able to present to management teams.
A strong sense of ownership and the courage to be held accountable for the results of your decisions;
Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items. Ability to stay focused under pressure;
