POSITION SUMMARY:
PVH leverages a diversified portfolio of brands. This includes Calvin Klein Apparel for North America and The Underwear Group brands Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Warner's, Olga, and True & Co.

Partners with and influences the PVH Corporate Data Governance Leaders on how we define, control and manage key critical master data across the corporation. Represents and makes decisions on behalf of TUG and CKNA brands to develop a strategy and operating model that enables the standardization of high quality data available at the right time, with a single source of truth. Leads the cross-functional business teams to establish and govern business data in a way that meets corporate compliance. Leads as the business contact for data alignment and associated Data Governance business processes prior to system deployment, brand strategy shifts, etc. Leads and guides the cross-functional data governance teams comprised of Data Stewards with specific data roles and responsibilities within their nominated Domain and Business Unit.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Partner with TPG (IT) to understand, strategize, and champion new system implementations.
Partner with business to understand and lead new business strategies that impact data hierarchy in source systems.
Lead and align business with Data Governance strategy, approach and operating model for key data domain(s).
Lead data standardization & governance efforts with cross functional Data Domain stewards and TPG to progress the Data Governance framework as business goals & objectives evolve.
Create business process workflows, standard operating procedures and documentation relating to data standardization and governance activities.
Partner with PVH Data Governance to solve business data needs by defining the right tool that enables data governance processes and data quality measures.
Partner with Business Data Quality Lead to ensure that processes are effective in monitoring data quality across the brands.
Represent businesses to ensure that Data quality needs are integrated into corporate applications & systems.
Partner with TPG team to design and implement Data quality procedures and best practices across business.
Foster relationships with key business partners across divisions that will help drive the implementation and continuous business support around Data Governance.
Lead & collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality processes are maintained, new processes are documented & implemented & efficiencies are achieved
Provide data governance expertise to the Data Governance Organization by educating business on data standards, policies, data quality and change control
Educate, influence, and drive the DG approach and framework with key business stakeholders to gain alignment and commitment to the business Data Governance Organization (DGO).
Evolve business DGO including refining roles, responsibilities, policies and processes for each data domain(s).
Train and develop direct and / or indirect reports that play a supporting role in the business Data Governance Organization.
Formulate and create processes for Data Governance & Quality improvements through tools, metrics, and dashboard reporting to enable decision making.
EXPERIENCE:

8-10 years working as a data steward or within a data governance organization responsible for specific data policies and procedures

EDUCATION:

Associates and/or Bachelors Degree preferred.

SKILLS:

Strong listening, written and verbal communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Strong Presentation Skills
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and follow up
Ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude in a challenging, fast-paced rapidly changing environment
Experience with SAP (S4), MDM, PLM, VMS and JDA preferred
Experience with new system implementations beneficial
