The Team
The launch of the B2B webshops in 2017 demonstrated that PVH wants to play a role in leveraging technology to drive the future success of the business. Since that moment the webshops grew out to become a significant channel supporting our overall digital transformation initiatives in wholesale buying. As the Product Owner B2B E-Commerce, you work in the B2B E-Commerce team, within the Digital Product team.



The Digital Product team investigates, implements and broadens the use of digital tools and services at PVH to continuously push the boundaries of digital selling. From B2B E-commerce to the global expansion of the Digital Showroom, the teams aim is to optimize sell-in processes, to increase speed to market, focus on sustainability and improve efficiencies across the organization.



In this key role in the B2B E-Commerce team, you will report into the Product Manager B2B E-Commerce, driving development and prioritizing user stories based on data-driven insights and/or business and user needs. Our users can be split in various roles, from sales representatives to retail shop owners. Our product vision currently focuses on creating efficiency and brand inspiration while optimizing performance of our platform.

The Position


As a product owner of the B2B E-Commerce team, you define the product vision for the user experience. You work together with various stakeholders to create the best online journeys across our whole webshops for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. In your this role you will:




Be responsible for the user experience related flows and products

Develop a strong product vision aligned with business strategy

Be an engaging leader to your scrum team to make the team go the extra mile

Liaise with various stakeholders on requirements to ensure the Why and the What are specified so that the scrum team can work on the How.

Always know what the users of the B2B webshops need for optimal user experience; initiate improvements based on actionable insights

Work together with stakeholders for customer journey mapping, user feedback sessions and product story prioritization

Manage the backlog: prioritize new features, bug fixes and roadmap epics based on business value.

Research and specify new site features and enhancements to existing features and log them in Jira.

Communicate and influence across the organization - making sure everyone understands what enhancements are being delivered in what time frames and the purpose behind them

Reach out to and work together with directors, managers and divisional teams in the Amsterdam HQ and all EMEA+ countries to help them to realize their targets

Increase further adoption and use of digital selling tools across the organization and be an advocate for digital selling and its benefits


The Ideal Candidate
You bring 5 years + experience as a Product Owner, its a plus if youve been working with large e-commerce sites and thus know about all complexities that come along.




Experience with the SCRUM methodology and an agile way of working; preferably you have your Product Owner certification.

Solid prioritization skills that are led by quantitative and qualitative input

A passion for user experience, working closely together with a designer, developers, data analyst to make sure all journeys have the best customer experience.

Great affinity with front-end development; you dont have to be able to code but you are familiar with REACT JS framework and headless website architecture.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data & validate, before creating a solution.

Professional communication skills: ability to interact with people across all different levels, nationalities and cultures within and outside the organization. Be able to present to management teams.

A strong sense of ownership

Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items. Ability to stay focused under pressure;
