The Technology department aims to become a driving force in the organization for technology strategies & tools that enable the companys growth and create ever-increasing value for the end-user, be it the PVH organization, the employees, our customers or consumers.
Our Retail Omnichannel product teams aim to create a seamless consumer experience across all consumer channels, thereby connecting online and offline channels. The success of the product teams is based on the effort and collaboration with many other teams across the organization which are all part of the companys omnichannel journey. The product teams develop, implement and orchestrate the initiatives in an agile way from a business perspective until complete operational implementation as well as guide the cross-functional teams.
The Position
Operationally own our e-commerce Order flow (incl. omnichannel services) in SAP FMS, aiming for continues improvements from tech side
Be responsible in SAP FMS for new tech requirements in the area of e-commerce and omnichannel services
Defining and implementing our ongoing strategy to integrate pure players as Zalando/About You etc. into our SAP and non-SAP driven by APIs and micro services
Work on a tech strategy how SAP and non-SAP features as omnichannel pricing and promotions can support the business growth across all online channels and applications
Drive the intercompany process in SAP FMS between Retail and e-commerce entities to support omnichannel processes
Setup and proactively improve monitoring of interfaces to/from the digital commerce applications and the Sales Order flow in SAP FMS for partner orders and omnichannel services
Day to day interaction with other teams (e.g. Master Data, e-commerce, Warehouse, Finance) to align on solutions and implementations for new features
Be a mentor for more junior people in the team and coordinate external resources
The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor or Master Degree and at least 5 years of experience in the similar role
Strong SAP knowledge in the Fashion/Retail Industry
Strong Process Knowledge around e-commerce order fulfilment and omnichannel services
Work experience as Lead Consultant/Solution Architect in a similar role for at least 2 years
Experience in the integration of own and partner e-commerce platforms to SAP Retail/FMS
Knowledge in DTC intercompany processes, especially for omnichannel services
Experience in setting up and improving monitoring data flows across multiple systems and fixing errors via technical improvements
Profound knowledge and experience and understanding of technological frameworks as a SAP functional consultant in the following applications:
SAP Retail/FMS, Sales Order flow for e-commerce / omnichannel (must-have)
SAP SD knowledge as pricing, interfaces, etc. (must-have)
SAP CAR OAA (must-have)
SAP FIORI (preferred)
SAP HANA - HANA views, XSA, ODATA services (preferred)
API Gateway as KONG (preferred)
SAP PO/CPI (preferred)
Strong experience with operational processes (ticketing systems) and collaboration with remote teams
Knowledge in SAP transport management and how changes need to be unit and regression tested
High Motivation to highlight improvements areas for product team to reduce operational efforts
Experience to work in agile teams which develop features on top of operational excellence
Passionate about DTC, consumer experience and digital technology
Able to work in an agile environment
Ability to collaborate with remote teams
Strong communication skills of written and spoken English
