POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager of Talent Development is responsible for leading the execution of Talent Development initiatives and programs that drive the strategic goals for several functions across the organization.
The Senior Managers primary responsibility is driving the learning and upskilling aligned to the digital transformation and HR strategies across the organization. The person will collaborate with the business to co-create learning paths, delivery methods, key performance indicators, and assessments. They will place a high emphasis on building the knowledge and skills of PVH associates to prepare teams across the organization for the future of work.
The role offers the opportunity to create initiatives with a global reach and includes close collaboration with senior leadership across functions like HR, Marketing, Change Management, Supply Chain, and Strategy & Innovation.
The ideal candidate will take an enterprise-wide mindset to their work, will develop relevant and engaging learning solutions, and will build productive and collaborative relationships across the company.
The Senior Manager will report to the Director of Talent Development.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Design, develop & implement talent development solutions focused on skills that will support the digital transformation of the organization
Lead the upskilling and content creation for global digital literacy curriculum
Develop assessments related to digital literacy, digital transformation, HR skills
Consult with business/functional leaders, such as Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, Strategy & Innovation, and Change Management, to understand upskilling needs and co-design appropriate solutions
Design programs and curriculum to develop the skills and capabilities of the HR organization and business functions
Partner with Executive Development team to develop digital transformation curriculum for executive leadership
Manage timelines, driving projects forward and adapting as necessary
Collect and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness of solutions/programs, communicate insights, and recommend actions to drive continuous improvement
Understand business priorities and industry trends, and incorporate into learning solutions
Assist in the development and execution of short- and long-term learning strategy to meet current and future business needs
Leverage global learning technologies & communication platforms
Develop communications and content that are engaging, inspiring, inclusive, and on-brand
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
Work with external vendors/faculty to customize solutions for a variety of audiences and levels
Lead engaging and interactive in-person/virtual courses and workshops
10-15% travel required to PVH offices in Bridgewater and some travel to other PVH locations, remote sites, field meetings or offsite events

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
5+ years working in an L&D/OE or business transformation environment
Experience managing global/cross-functional projects and or programs
Experience working with data, deriving insights, and communicating to ensure audience understanding
Developing and maintaining internal/external relationships
Developing ILT, vILT, elearning, and microlearning strongly preferred
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
Experience working in a business function and/or in business operations a plus

Education: Bachelors degree required

Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Able to operate in both tactical and strategic
Excellent project management skills
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to understand the potential impact of new technologies in retail industry, the business, and functions a plus
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office suite and talent and learning systems
