POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Chief Diversity Officer, the I&D/Campus Recruiting Coordinator will support the logistics and execution for Inclusion & Diversity initiatives, along with campus and diversity recruitment activities. This role will develop and maintain critical stakeholder relationships with campus/diversity recruiting partners, as well as other internal stakeholders associated with
I & D initiatives. This individual will ensure that we deliver tailored campus/event recruiting solutions to serve multiple business areas and will support consistency and efficiencies across programs and projects by documenting and adhering to processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Support the design, development, and implementation of I&D programs and initiatives
Support the creation, maintenance, and execution of project documentation, including timelines, communication plans, and measurement strategies
Provide administrative support to the function, including calendar management and invoice processing
Manage the overall Campus/Diversity Event calendar ensuring appropriate coverage and no conflicts for career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews and other activities while being aware of campus breaks and holidays
Lead smaller projects, or elements of larger projects, in support of overall priorities
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions, partner organizations, and the business
Curate a portfolio of key partnerships to drive the identification and hiring or talent with diverse perspectives
Develop standard processes and materials
Develop and report on metrics to measure ROI and program success
Support the execution of short- and long-term tactics & strategies
Support leadership in developing presentations, reports, and other materials
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
3+ years of combined experience in the following areas: Inclusion & Diversity; campus recruiting; HR
Experience providing project support on multiple projects/initiatives
Proven experience in delivering customized strategies for partnering with various diversity organizations
Proven ability to deliver high quality work on time
Developing and maintaining internal/external relationships

Education:
Bachelors degree preferred

Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency
Detail- and quality-oriented
Advanced in Microsoft Office, Excel and recruiting systems (Workday experience a plus)
Positive, professional attitude and presence, ability to exhibit exceptional customer service/interpersonal skills
