The Business Process Management (BPM) organization contributes to PVHs transformation through global adoption of new and enduring business capabilities. The BPM Business Process Transformation Team operates as internal consultants across PVH enterprise leading the design and implementation of leading business practices for strategic transformation programs. The team serves as subject matter experts, guiding and supporting business units/regions on integrated strategies/roadmaps, business process design, development of capabilities and systems, performance metrics, transformation enablement & adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement.

The primary responsibility of the Senior Lead, Business Process Commercial Planning is to drive the advancement of PVHs end-to-end Commercial Planning business processes, capabilities, & performance spanning demand planning, merchandise & assortment planning, inventory management & allocation, and planning analytics.

This role has a significant leadership (influence) impact on building, enabling, and advancing the PVHs Planning processes & capabilities across PVH brands and business units. It requires a strong ability to influence at multiple levels across the organization.

This position actively partners with business and IT in the implementation of Commercial Planning business transformation projects with a focus on leading Commercial Planning process design & optimization and capability implementation. This role drives and facilitates the tactical execution of business enablement activities including business requirements & training documentation, user acceptance testing, training & business adoption, and continuous improvement.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Operate in a leadership capacity to drive the tactical execution of business process and enablement activities for Commercial Planning transformation initiatives
Contribute as a Commercial Planning Thought Leader & Subject Matter Expert SME with strong working knowledge of demand planning & statistical forecasting, merchandise financial planning (sales, margins, inventory, OTB), assortment planning, and size scale management processes, leading practices, & tool (i.e. JDA or other) capabilities
Support definition of future state Commercial Planning processes & capabilities roadmap, transformation initiatives/projects, & business case for improvements
Document future state business processes and requirements leveraging new capabilities
Ensure cross-functional integration of Commercial Planning processes with other PVH enterprise processes and contribute to PVHs End to End Omni-Channel Planning vision
Spearhead current vs. future state assessments to assist business units with understanding of from/to change impacts
Partner with business & Change Management to develop & support execution of change readiness action plans to ensure successful adoption
Drive preparation and facilitate execution of user acceptance testing
Lead development of Commercial Planning day in the life business process training playbooks, how-to guides, and procedure documentation
Facilitate delivery of Commercial Planning day in the life training and conduct pre and post go-live evaluations to identify risks and drive training/adoption corrective actions
Coach & guide Planners & Power Users in applying Commercial Planning leading practices in the set-up & continuous improvement of tools & techniques to optimize plan outputs and process performance
Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized Commercial Planning KPI analytics & reporting capabilities
Monitor Commercial Planning process performance & tool adoption with objective of diagnosing issues & identifying improvement actions
Lead & facilitate cross business unit forums to exchange of Commercial Planning best practices, transfer knowledge, share adoption successes and learnings, and drive continuous improvement opportunities
Oversee governance, prioritization and management of enhancement requests across business units related to Commercial Planning continuous improvements
Support development of project plans, timelines, & resourcing for business enablement activities to support Commercial Planning transformation initiatives
Champion the on-going development of the BPM teams business transformation methodology & toolkit to enhance delivery & adoption success
Stay apprised of latest process and technology capabilities that can be applied to PVH Demand Planning processes

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
Minimum 6 years operational and/or consulting experience in Demand Planning, Retail Merchandise & Assortment Planning, Inventory/Supply Planning, or Business Planning. Experience with S&OP/IBP a plus.
Minimum of 2 years experience in business process management or improvement
Minimum 2 years supervisory role/experience managing a team
Apparel or consumer products company experience preferred, especially a fast-moving, multi-channel consumer goods business
3+ years experience with leading demand/supply planning & retail assortment management applications including Demand Planning, Inventory/Fulfillment Planning, Enterprise Planning, Assortment Planning, & Allocations. JDA strongly desired but not required. Preferably involved in the design, implementation, and training or expert user. Experience with ERP and/or BI reporting tools a plus.
Project management experience preferred

Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related Quantitative field. MBA a plus.
APICS or IBF certification not required but highly valued

Skills:
Fully conversant in Commercial Planning concepts, leading practice business processes and techniques, and advanced Planning system (JDA preferred) functional capabilities
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a business transformation initiative, process and system implementation project, and cross-functional teams
Effective communication, collaboration, facilitation, and influencing skills with ability to interface across functional areas and at all levels of the organization
Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills with demonstrated use of data analysis and metrics to drive decision making and continuous improvement
Proven ability to develop teams and educate and train others in new ways of doing business
Solid project management skills for Planning, resourcing, monitoring project and improvement initiatives
