About the job
The Team
You will a crucial team member of the new Turkish Sourcing office of PVH, reporting directly to the hub lead. As office manager you work closely with all associates in the office, and ensure operational readiness of the office on a daily basis.
The Position
As a Senior Administration Officer, you will coordinate & administer the central office service including mailroom, reception & pantry. Also, you assist in sourcing & negotiating for the purchase of office supplies & equipment and contracts of maintenance.
You will
Manage and maintain the daily operation of the office, including managing the mailroom, reception desk, greenery and catering
Manage all office supplies
Be main contact person for the building management and cleaning service to ensure right quality levels
Manage and renew contract with travel agent, courier service, shuttle service, car service, coffee machine etc.
Monitor the effectiveness of copiers/printers, microwave ovens, boilers, phone sets & various audio-visual aids.
Monitor performance of local travel agent regarding travel booking
Organize employee engagement events, conference, high official meetings etc.
Source & purchase additional furniture like desks & chairs to cope with the change of layout due to modifications
Contact suppliers for various equipment, collect catalogues and study specifications & functions
Compare prices & functions against companys needs, check users reference and attend demonstrations of new products
Ensure compliance of Environmental, Health & Safety regulations
Review & update value of office contents for office insurance against fire, burglary & storm, etc.
The Ideal Candidate

Empathically and socially skilled
Able to prioritize urgent and ad-hoc tasks
Good in English, both verbal and written and fluent in Turkish
You have:
Minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
Previous experience in a trading company is preferable
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
