POSITION SUMMARY:
The eCommerce Infrastructure Lead will be responsible for the technical operations of the eCommerce sites in North America (Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Speedo B2C and B2B, PVH Direct, and PVH Corporate Outfitters) as well as some key Corporate sites such as PVH.com. This is a senior technologist/service delivery position, which will be responsible for collaborating with and leveraging the existing TPG teams and processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
The primary focus will be on site availability and performance characteristics.
The position is responsible for ensuring that the design & engineering of eComm application infrastructure leads to a reliable, efficient, and maintainable platform.
Ensure that key operational aspects such as backups, monitoring, DR, documentation, etc. are available and functional.
Substantial interaction, coordination and management of key partners and vendors that deliver part of the eComm solution. This includes conducting daily touchpoints with both the vendors for our eComm platforms. In addition, this requires working closely with peripheral TPG teams (application teams, finance, architecture management, etc.). The position requires being engaged in both tactical effort (incidents, requests) as well as strategic effort (projects, strategy planning, service performance measurement, etc.)
Management of the eCommerce efforts around security and PCI compliance.
Visibility into and implementation of tools that monitor application performance and availability.
Manage the production releases, approving the application developers release notes & coordinating deployments to stage & production.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
7-10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering and operations of eCommerce applications.
At least 5 years experience with high-volume, public facing, transactional web applications with high levels of availability, resilient application architecture, scalable infrastructure, automation, and application performance monitoring.
Experience with workflow (ServiceNow, Jira), monitoring (AppDynamics, SolarWinds), and automation tools.
Experience in working with managed services providers
Experience with ITIL standards.
Experience with root-cause analysis and troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency, thoroughness and quality towards assigned tasks/goals.

Education:
Bachelors Degree in programming/systems or computer science, specialized training, or equivalent work experience required.

Skills:
Substantial experience with working in multi-vendor eCommerce platforms.
Knowledge of Linux technology and its use in large application environments.
Knowledge of modern infrastructure engineering and provisioning technologies.
Knowledge of transactional frameworks (IBM, Oracle, etc.)
Familiarity with availability and performance Monitoring tools such as AppDynamics.
Familiarity with cloud hosting technologies such as AWS and Azure.
Familiarity with CI/CD platforms and methods is a plus.
Familiarity with principles of PCI and Sox audit readiness.
Mastery of at least one scripting language including Python, PERL, Ruby, Shell.
Linux power user.
