Coordinate all product development operational needs across all of the Heritage Brands. Focus on maintaining and reinforcing deadlines.
Act as support to both Lead Merchandiser and Sales Teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Visulon boards- work with design to ensure boards are built for all items and content is valid. Distribute intel to all parties
Coordinate with design to deliver CADS, Design Boards, SMS, Swatches, fabric for Sales tools for all channels and market appointments as needed.
Work with PDA managers to ensure all SMS are prepped for Design reviews and final chosen product is properly prepped and assigned for showroom distribution.
Ensure all market requests or changes are entered, approved and completed through smart sheet in a timely and accurate manner advising prioritization as needed. Work directly with Sales, Design and PDA teams.
Follow up on all changes including market changes have been captured on Visulon within the time frame assigned and advise where prioritization is needed. Work directly with design and PDA team.
Ensure all styles are set up for UPC and SMS needs, work with sales, design and PDA teams to make sure all parties are clear on priority and deadlines.
Ensure all styles that are adopted are in the bulk status for orders to be generated on time. Will follow up with Design, Sales and Ops teams on delays or challenges.
Follow up on all requests for Specials, Canada and Big/Tall once all needs have been addressed and approved. Will oversee the requests are being addressed and executed with the appropriate team members as well as the in the appropriate time frame.
Will aid both Design and Sales with the facilitation of communication regarding channels outside wholesale, i.e. Licensing and Ecomm. Sales and Design will lead the communication but MOC will follow up on needs and requests.
Act as a liaison with Merchandising, Design, GSC, Sales, and OPS for any trouble shooting needs.
Assist in coordination of in season chase orders for any accounts including Specials and Mainline.
Follow up with Sales Assistants on all photo shoot needs maintaining deadlines to ensure correct SMS and timelines are met and delivered.
Maintain seasonal sku tracker, master style lists and all change management needs pre and post market.
SOP creation and project planning as business needs arise.
Advocate for calendar adherence.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Positive can do attitude.
Communicates appropriate information to the right team members in timely manners.
Knowledge of PLM 7th Online desirable.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, presentation and multi-tasking skills.
Execute Standard operating procedure.
Possess a good understanding of the line development process.
Prioritization/high sense of urgency.
Proactive and can work independently.
