Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing an organizations pay structure and monitor market conditions and government regulations to ensure their pay rates are current and competitive. Administer companys employee benefits program. Validation & managing end to end payroll activities for India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh offices.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Support HRBPs and managers in implementing Comp and Benefits programs
Takes lead in engaging with internal stakeholders (Finance, HR Operations/payroll and HR Business partners) and external stakeholders like local vendors to manage successful execution of C&B programs.
Create and Maintain data reports for comp and Benefits programs with high quality orientation and also execute process steps for timely enrollment and exclusion of employee & dependents data for various Insurance programs
Design process documents and drive continuous improvements to minimize manual dependencies, ensure quality/accuracy
Design & launch new programs to improve value to employees and bring positive employee experience
Take lead in new initiatives planned by C&B team on regular intervals to improve employee experience and compliance for organization
Independently lead employee communication in regard to Benefits & Mobility program
Provide accurate data to internal partners(payroll and HR Ops team) and external stakeholders (Insurer, TPA) as per requirements of respective programs
Develop & execute new programs to improve employee participation through well programs and improvements for benefit programs
Document policy guidelines for C&B programs and lead efforts for approvals from leadership
Lead communication for C&B programs including structured (e.g. FAQ documents ) and unstructured queries from managers and HRBPs
Full and final settlements for exit employees.
Responsible for delivering monthly payroll on time with 100% accuracy and statutory payments to respective authorities within deadline.
Perform payroll validation activities like G2N validation, net pay, previous to current, input v/s output, bank file etc.
Managing team members on timely payroll processing and statutory payments.
Preparation of month end payroll reports and sharing with respective stake holders.
Responsible for all new statutory changes implementation in payroll system accurately.
Validation of year end forms for all countries and also ensure company filing is completed accurately within the timeline.

Experience
Minimum 7 years experience in payroll/compensation and benefit, preferably with regional payroll experience;
Hands on experience in using Payroll and/or HR systems;
Prior exposure in MNC

Education
Master Degree

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) credible at top management level and with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to establish effective working relationships with the business and technical communities
Strong leadership, analytical and problems solving abilities
Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate with the global business teams and IT
Project management (PMP certified preferred)
Team work
Can-do attitude to drive results
Excellent skill in MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint (MS Project/ Visio preferred)
Proficiency in using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
Pro-active, self-initiative, analytical with good organization skills
Familiar with Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
Good command of both spoken and written English
