<p></p><p><b>POSITION SUMMARY</b>:</p><p></p><p>The Sr. Director, Creative Digital Innovation, is responsible for the on-brand, on-strategy execution of digital creative across all Calvin Klein global websites, emails and digital marketing.<br />This strong team leader will deliver world-class digital-first Fashion / Lifestyle content ideas and creative direction to motion, UI/eComm, eCRM, and full-funnel digital/dynamic creative.</p><p>The Sr Director will oversee the other members of the digital content creation team, to develop quality experiences that dovetail business units performance and brand/product messaging goals. As a leader of digital innovation, this person will be instrumental in leading the business evolution into a digital-optimized, mobile-first global presence.</p><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB</b>:</p><ul><li><p>Lead the creative vision and design aesthetic for all global webstores, email, and digital marketing under the leadership of the SVP of Content Creation</p></li><li><p>Drive the achievement of creative goals and strategic solutions to meet brand, marketing and eComm sales objectives, working closely with Marketing Leads, the VP of Strategy & Innovation and the designers, producers, motion artists and content strategists on your team</p></li><li><p>Build out digital-first, mobile-first consumer touchpoints that can be adapted across all touchpoints, from digital advertising content to in-store experiential design</p></li><li><p>Be a leader in translating consumer behavior insights from the eComm and web merch team into UI/UX solutions that are responsive, intelligent and adaptive to regional webstore designs</p></li><li><p>Deliver nimble strategies for the creative execution of attractive and enticing landing page designs that guide the consumer journey through digital advertising to points of purchase on-site and externally</p></li><li><p>Presents creative concepts, strategies and work to internal and external partners</p></li><li><p>Continuously develop knowledge regarding new design trends, innovation in the creative field, customer experiences and technology</p></li><li><p>Lead the training and development of your creative team, including delivering on guidance and clear direction, problem solving and people management</p></li><li><p>Oversee the end-to-end development and completion of multi-channel digital campaigns, including being accountable to the quality of all end products, approving final post production for eComm creative and overseeing final media channel deliveries</p></li><li><p>Act as a brand steward and ensure clear and comprehensive communication to business partners and team members</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>__________________________________________________________________</u></p><p></p><p><b>CONTACTS</b>:</p><p></p><p><b>Internal</b>: Content Teams, Marketing, Project Management, Production, Channel Management, Fashion Office, Public Relations, Special Events, Design, Internal divisions and Business units.</p><p></p><p><b>External</b>: Agency Partners and Creative Partners</p><p><u>__________________________________________________________________</u></p><p></p><p><b>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</b>:</p><p></p><p><b>Direct</b>: Director of Digital Content Creation Manager, PDP art direction,</p><p> Digital Content Creation Manager, CRM design</p><p><b>Indirect</b>: Creative team of 12+ associates, campaign/digital/motion production support staff members.</p><p> Freelance and agency partners as needed</p><p><u>__________________________________________________________________</u></p><p></p><p><b>STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES</b>:</p><p>Works closely with the eComm team, marketing teams to deliver creative solutions to business needs across all digital channels, spanning custom campaign content creation, UI/UX design and ongoing optimization. Co-create user tests, distilling qualitative and quantitative eComm insights to world class creative solutions that elevate the customer journey and drive sales.</p><p></p><p><b>DECISION MAKING</b>:</p><p>Makes decisions re: day-to-day management and acceleration of creative teammates; solving marketing problems by providing creative solutions; driving continual efforts to maintain creative standards.</p><p></p><p><b>RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY</b>:</p><p>Must be able to multi-task and delegate creative projects in a fast-paced environment, and to make decisions quickly; creates new and innovative solutions when needed.</p><p></p><p><b>ENVIRONMENT</b>:</p><p>The environment is extremely fast-paced and deadline driven.</p><p><u>__________________________________________________________________</u></p><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE</b>:</p><p></p><p><b>Experience</b>:</p><p>10+ years of digital creative direction experience within the fashion/lifestyle space</p><ul><li><p>Must have strong managerial/leadership competencies and experience, and a proven ability to inspire and nurture individual talents within a collaborative environment</p></li><li><p>Progressive, cutting edge creative background</p></li><li><p>Extensive experience working with graphic designers, front-end designers, motion artists/animators and eComm analysts/digital marketers in a creative-driven culture</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education</b>:</p><p>Bachelors degree in business related field or equivalent experience</p><p></p><p><b>Skills</b>:</p><ul><li><p>Superior understanding of the history of <span>CALVIN KLEIN</span> Advertising and the current Brand platform</p></li><li><p>Must be driven by a responsive, mobile-first design philosophy and have expansive knowledge in the implementation of modular templates that are both beautiful and functional for global content consumption and user flow experience, working across different platforms</p></li><li><p>Must be a strategic thinker and creative problem solver, with an ability to create outstanding work with high energy and maintaining positive morale</p></li><li><p>Extraordinary attention to detail and understanding of the <span>CALVIN KLEIN</span> aesthetic</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, written and verbal</p></li><li><p>Must have excellent presentation skills</p></li><li><p>Must be a good listener, and have the ability to influence others</p></li><li><p>Must have a strong desire to continually bring creative and cultural innovation to the process</p></li><li><p>Must have the ability to multi-task and delegate creative projects in a fast-paced and ambitious work environment</p></li><li><p>Strong work ethi
