Our Customer Experience Team thrives to optimize the customer journey by designing, testing and developing a top-notch Ecommerce platform. Our designs and new functionalities set the example for our worldwide Tommy Hilfiger Ecommerce business and are leading on our website, app and in-store shopping screens.</span></p><p></p><p><b>The Position</b><br /><span>In this new and exciting role, you will improve the performance and online experience of our Ecommerce platforms by collaborating with UX/UI designers, Product Owners, other CRO specialists and different stakeholders. Together you will make sure it not only meets the needs of our consumers but also captivates and engages them. As a team we work agile, data driven and also with an innovative spirit, always making sure we are on top of market trends. </span></p><p><span>In this role you will join one of our product teams and be a lead for CRO specialists of other product teams.</span></p><p><span>Curious to find out more? Here is an overview of how will drive value day-to-day:</span></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><span>Communicate with your product team and different stakeholders to make sure we test whats relevant for the business. </span></li><li><span>Advise on test feasibility and test results for your tech team</span></li><li><span>Keep an eye open for new test ideas; challenge status quo by finding problems/ opportunities on the site and come up with fitting hypothesis</span></li><li><span>Own CRO tools from an implementation point of view: tag container implementation, data integration, cookies set up & maintenance etc.</span></li><li><span>Monitor test performance during runtime and act on it. </span></li><li><span>Lead a team of 2-4 CRO Specialists:</span><ul><li><span>Ensure consistent CRO standards are followed (ways of working, development standards)</span></li><li><span>Provide relevant support to other CRO specialists in other tech teams</span></li><li><span>Ensure proper training and personal development plan is in place for all CRO specialists.</span></li></ul></li><li><span>During temporary peaks of activity, third party/vendor management </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The Ideal Candidate:</b></p><p>We are looking for a team player who loves to challenge the status quo by initiating and executing valuable CRO experiments and wants to bring our European Tommy.com business to the next level. You have a strong can do mentality. Your ideas and initiatives will be valued and youll be very proud to see them being implemented on Tommy.com when proven winners!</p><p>You are not afraid to propose out of the box ideas but always support them with data.
