<p><b>POSITION SUMMARY:</b></p><p></p><p></p><p>Work closely with demand planning, merchandising, logistic and commercial team to drive the full order management and supply planning process;</p><p>With higher quality supply planning to maximize opportunities to grow sales and profits, while minimizing risk;</p><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:</b></p><p>In-Season:</p><p> Manage order and shipment status for all brands, propose required AC date based on China consumer touch points, merchandising launch plan and transport lead time;</p><p> Negotiate with regional supply planning/sourcing for any delay, shortage and quality issues, voice out our reasonable requirement and report it on monthly basis;</p><p> Evaluate the sales opportunities and risk based on updated order & shipment status and quantify the impact by brand by channel by city on monthly basis;</p><p> Establish purchasing plan by brands, rolling forecast and submit to finance team and demand planning on monthly basis for inventory rolling purpose;</p><p> Collaborate with regional supply planning, country planning team for any redeployment issue, work with finance and logistic team to ensure whole process smoothly;</p><p> Monitor the season by season FX, IMU% performance, Import/Local% and provide the reasonable assumption for all related cost components;</p><p> Weekly/Monthly inbound estimation to support logistic and allocation team;</p><p>Pre-Season:</p><p> Based on initial product list and production lead time to figure out the risks between our CCTP and Vendor initial AC plan, voice out and negotiate with regional supply planning and merchandising team to meet our CCTP;</p><p> Based on company sales & margin% strategy to simulate the FOB and COO target by brand by category, and suggest regional supply planning and global buying team for vendor selection and cost control;</p><p> Based on demand forecast to build yearly purchase budget plan by brand;</p><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</b></p><p><b>Experience:</b></p><p> Minimum 5-7 years of practical working experience in supply planning and inventory planning, preferably in multi-national company related to fashion industry.</p><p></p><p><b>Skills:</b></p><p><span></span><span></span>Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint</p><p> Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese</p><p> People management skill</p><p></p><p><b>Education:</b>University Graduate preferable in the Supply Product Management, Statistics or relative discipline.</p>"
