<p>The Business Process Management (BPM) organization contributes to PVHs transformation through global adoption of new and enduring business capabilities. BPM optimize business processes to deliver consistent, core capabilities balanced with flexibility to support value add brand/regional differences.</p><p></p><p>The BPM Business Process Transformation Team operates as internal consultants across PVH enterprise leading the design and implementation of leading business practices for strategic transformation programs. The team serves as subject matter experts, guiding and supporting business units/regions on integrated strategies/roadmaps, business process design, development of capabilities and systems, performance metrics, transformation enablement & adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement.</p><p></p><p>The primary responsibility of the <b>Senior Lead, Business Process Article Creation </b>is to <b>drive the advancement </b>of PVHs end-to-end article creation and product master data management business processes, capabilities, & performance spanning planning, product creation, merchandising, supply, and selling.</p><p></p><p>This role has a significant leadership (influence) impact on building, enabling, and advancing the PVHs Article Creation processes & capabilities across PVH brands and business units. It requires a strong ability to influence at multiple levels across the organization.</p><p></p><p>This position actively partners with business and IT in the implementation of Article Creation business transformation projects with a focus on <b>leading</b> Article Creation <b>process design & optimization and capability implementation. </b>This role <b>drives and facilitates the tactical execution</b> of business enablement activities including business requirements & training documentation, user acceptance testing, training & business adoption, and continuous improvement.</p><ul><li><p><b>Operate in a leadership capacity to drive the tactical execution</b> of business process and enablement activities for Article Creation transformation initiatives</p></li><li><p><b>Contribute</b> as an Article Creation <b>Thought Leader & Subject Matter Expert </b>with strong working knowledge of product master data management processes, capabilities, and leading practices across Planning, Product Creation, Merchandising, Supply, & Selling</p></li><li><p><b>Spearhead</b> current state Article Creation process discovery & assessment to understand business requirements & improvement opportunities for new capabilities</p></li><li><p><b>Drive </b>future state vision, definition, & optimization of Article Creation processes & capabilities & business case for improvements</p></li><li><p><b>Document </b>future state business processes and requirements leveraging new capabilities</p></li><li><p><b>Ensure cross-functional integration</b> of Article Creation processes with other PVH enterprise process domains</p></li><li><p><b>Partner </b>with Product Data Standardization & Governance team to ensure consistent approach and standards applied to Article Creation product data management processes</p></li><li><p><b>Operate in a leadership capacity to drive </b>business process and enablement activities for Article Creation transformation initiatives</p></li><li><p><b>Partner </b>with business units in understanding from/to change impacts, assessing process & organizational readiness, and implementing change readiness action plans to ensure successful adoption</p></li><li><p><b>Drive preparation</b> and <b>facilitate</b> execution of user acceptance testing</p></li><li><p><b>Lead development</b> of Article Creation day in the life business process training playbooks, how-to guides, and procedure documentation</p></li><li><p><b>Facilitate delivery </b>of Article Creation day in the life training and conduct pre and post go-live evaluations to identify risks and drive training/adoption corrective actions</p></li><li><p><b>Contribute</b> to the development and implementation of standardized Article Creation KPI analytics & reporting capabilities</p></li><li><p><b>Monitor</b> Article Creation process performance & tool adoption with objective of diagnosing issues & identifying improvement actions</p></li><li><p><b>Lead & facilitate </b>cross business unit forums to exchange of Article Creation best practices, transfer knowledge, share adoption successes and learnings, and drive continuous improvement opportunities</p></li><li><p><b>Oversee</b> governance, prioritization and management of enhancement requests across business units related to Article Creation continuous improvements</p></li><li><p><b>Support development</b> of project plans, timelines, & resourcing for business enablement activities to support Article Creation transformation initiatives</p></li><li><p>Stay apprised of latest process and technology capabilities that can be applied to PVH Article Creation processes</p></li></ul><p><b><u>______________________________________________________________________</u></b><b>____</b><br /></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Experience: </b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum <b>6 years</b> operational and/or consulting experience in Product Master Data Management spanning Planning, Product Creation, Merchandising, Supply, & Selling.</p></li><li><p>Apparel or consumer products company experience preferred, especially a fast-moving, multi-channel consumer goods business</p></li><li><p>Minimum of <b>2</b> years experience in business process management or improvement</p></li><li><p>Minimum <b>2</b> years supervisory role/experience managing a team</p></li><li><p><b>3+ </b>years experience with leading Product Master Data Management, ERP, & PLM applications. Stibo PIM (Product Information Management)/MDM (Master Data Management), SAP S4 Fashion, and Centric PLM strongly desired but not required. Preferably involved in the design, implementation, and training or expert user.</p></li><li><p>Project management experience preferred</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education: </b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelors degree in Business, Information Management, or related field.
