<p></p><p><b>POSITION SUMMARY: </b></p><p>The Manager, Global Brand Advocacy position will lead the planning and execution of the will play an integral role in the planning and executing of the brands social advocacy engagement initiatives across all owned and licensed product categories globally. In partnership with Integrated Marketing, Social, PR/Influence and Media teams, this role will support the development of cohesive owned, earned and paid channel communications, ensuring that our global advocacy strategies support and advance key brand and business objectives seasonally.</p><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: </b></p><p></p><p><b>Channel Management: </b></p><ul><li><p>Assist in the strategic development and on-going optimization of advocacy campaign/engagement programs across assigned Calvin Klein business lines/communities inclusive of best practices, guidelines and performance benchmarking</p></li><li><p>Advocate relationship management: key point person responsible for the identification and recruitment of advocates by assigned community based on program objectives; key contact responsible for communication and facilitation of all assigned program initiatives</p></li><li><p>Development and ongoing management of program content and communication strategy, partnering cross-functionally with our in-house creative teams to facilitate production</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Channel Strategy:</b></p><ul><li><p>Assist the development and ongoing management of program content and communication strategy (partnering cross-functionally with creative, integrated marketing, PR, social and CMI teams) to support yearly CMO objectives by business line/campaign</p></li><li><p>Facilitation of review/feedback on all evergreen and activation strategies with Director, Global Brand Advocacy and Social Media Marketing as well as cross-functional groups and leadership teams as defined by the department workflow</p></li><li><p>Lead all performance tracking and reporting for assigned business lines/communities, including (but not limited to) monthly, campaign and ad-hoc reports, in addition to socialization across cross-functional and leadership teams</p></li><li><p>Partner cross functionally with the Marketing, PR, E-Comm, Fashion Office, Creative and Production teams to plan, communicate and adjust digital and social advocacy tactics</p></li><li><p>Strategic lead in the development and ongoing optimization of advocate engagement tactics by channel including day to day management of digital channels established for direct communication with advocate communities</p></li><li><p>Assist Director, Global Brand Advocacy and Social Media Marketing on the ongoing communication and amplification of advocate programming on Calvin Klein global social channels</p></li><li><p>Collaborate on paid social initiatives in partnership with media team and agency</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Reporting:</b></p><ul><li><p>Keep the team abreast of the latest news and innovations through weekly industry updates, providing recommendations on new best practices and innovative opportunities</p></li><li><p>In partnership with Integrated Marketing team, oversee measurement plan development by channel including seasonal/ad-hoc reporting and ongoing optimization throughout rollout of all strategies</p></li><li><p>Manage the review and distribution process for all social media-led reporting</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Budget:</b></p><ul><li><p>Plan and oversee designated budget allocation in alignment with global advocacy strategy and owned channel needs</p></li><li><p>Review and oversee invoice processing and actualizations</p></li></ul><div><p></p></div><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Experience: </b></p><p>4-5 years of relevant social marketing/creative experience, in house or at an agency. Fashion, beauty and lifestyle experience preferred.</p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Education: </b>Bachelors Degree Required</p><p></p><p><b>Skills: </b></p><ul><li><p>Experience with web/ social media platform management, with a deep understanding of popular and emerging social networks, both globally and regionally.</p></li><li><p>Active participation in a wide variety of social media activities such as community development, management and content creation.</p></li><li><p>Strong communications skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment with team members at all levels.</p></li><li><p>Resourceful and proactive, with strong organizational/project management skills and a keen attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Strong writing and editing skills.</p></li><li><p>Analytical, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on data.</p></li><li><p>Passionate about fashion, art, pop culture and global events.</p></li><li><p>Ability to quickly absorb the spirit of the CALVIN KLEIN aesthetic.</p></li><li><p>High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Google Drive suite.</p></li><li><p>Experience with social media publishing, analytic and listening tools. Experience with Sprinklr a plus.</p></li><li><p>Experience with paid social a plus.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Internal: </b>Integrated Marketing (Marketing, PR/Influence, Social Media, Measurement Science and Community Management) and CMO (Corporate/Internal Comms, Talent, Brand Experience, Media, Creative, Marketing Operations)</p><p> </p><div><p><b>External: </b>Agencies, Partners, Vendors</p></div><p></p><p><b>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Direct: </b>Assistant, Global Advocacy</p><p></p><div><p><b>Indirect: </b>Seasonal interns</p></div><p></p><p><b>BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES: </b>Track and process social media invoices and keep department budget details up to date.</p><p></p><p><b>DECISION MAKING: </b>Will make decisions re: quality/timing of work received from external and internal digital partners.</p><p></p><p><b>RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: </b>Recommend vendors for analytical services.
