The team works closely with the retail hiring managers and takes over responsibility for positions from open date to the offer decision.</p><p></p><p><b>A day in the life of a Manager Talent Acquisition Retail (m/f/x):</b></p><ul><li><p>Recruitment strategy: You will consult HR Business Partners and hiring teams in the retail population on sourcing strategies and design the recruiting process</p></li><li><p>Pipeline building: You will build sustainable candidate pipelines and a long term relationship with potential candidates</p></li><li><p>Ownership: You will own the role by challenging hiring teams when needed and giving a clear opinion</p></li><li><p>Active Sourcing: You will explore new sourcing channels and ensure we use them to find the best people out there</p></li><li><p>Talent selection: You will advise hiring teams on ideal assessment methodologies</p></li><li><p>Workday ATS: You will become a local workday key user and help others to get the best out of the software</p></li><li><p>Employer branding: You will think creative and be a key stakeholder for employer marketing in order to create a best in class candidate experience</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What do we need from you?
