Buying&Planning Team plans seasonal collections, based on vendor allocation and regional requirements/holidays, within the calendar milestones, 4 times a year (Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter), as well as non-seasonal collections. Team ensures necessary planning discussions to be held within cross divisional teams and sourcing hubs and sold quantities are placed within the vendors, on a timely manner.</p><p></p><p><b>The Position</b><br />Based in Amsterdam, the Buying & Demand PlannerEnsures optimum Seasonal Planning is done from the range plan handover to the official purchase order creation, within Buying & Demand Planning department of Tommy Hilfiger, based on desired KPIs. You will be responsible for:</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Lead divisional buying, during the planned timelines.</li><li>Maintaining efficient workflows by creating calendars capturing a general outline of buy dates across seasons, based on inputs from business stakeholders and vendors</li><li>Drive efficiency improvement by analyzing processes and best practices, pursuing effective structures and ways of working, and drive alignment across Buying & Demand Planning</li><li>Maintain close relationships with vendors and key stakeholders</li><li>Ensure learning and development of Buying & Demand Planning team</li><li>Engage in projects aimed at business development / efficiency improvement, either from a Buying & Demand Planning or cross-divisional perspective</li></ul><p></p><p><b>The Ideal Candidate:</b></p><ul><li>A completed HBO / University degree or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum of 5-6 years working experience in Planning & Team Management.</li><li>High level of accuracy.</li><li>Experience in Fashion Industry</li><li>Strong analytical mind-set</li><li>Excellent PC knowledge: Excel, (SAP is advantage)</li><li>Organized and pro-active working approach</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Can Expect from Us:</b></p><ul><li>Acompanyculturethat fostersdevelopment, offering trainingand learning opportunities through our very own PVH University</li><li>An international environment which respects diversity, equality,and individuality</li><li>Amonthly Covid home- office budget</li><li>Asmart work programthatempowers ourassociates to workfrom home in the Netherlands, withina flexible schedule</li><li>Abeautifulstate-of-the-artCampus awaiting you upon our return to the office</li></ul><p><br />Please include an up to date portfolio and motivational letter with your application.
