This team collaborates closely with the divisional merchandising teams, product development, sample warehouse and process development teams.</span></p><p></p><p><b>The Position </b></p><p>The Product Data Coordinator reports directly to the Merchandising Operations Manager and is responsible <span>to </span><span>maintain a correct and timely availability of seasonal style data in all systems and provides ad hoc reporting and analysis for Buying & Planning, Merchandising, Product Development, Sales, Supply Chain Process Development and Order Fulfillment. </span></p><p></p><p>The person will work with PLM, SAP, and other tools within the company.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><p>System setup from PLM to SAP to the sales order entry tool WeConnect</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Ensure correctness and timely availability of data in all systems:</p><ul><li><p>Set up all systems and master files relevant for product data storage (PLM, SAP/FMS, WeConnect)</p></li><li><p>Manage data deadlines, by providing updates and enforcing deadlines for information uploads into PLM, liaising with Product Merchandising and Product Development</p></li><li><p>Responsible for timely interfacing between systems (PLM, SAP/FMS, WeConnect) and uploading of prices.</p></li><li><p>Ensure continuous alignment and accurate data across systems (PLM, WeConnect, and SAP/FMS), by tracking changes, (cross-) checking data, and updating data across all systems</p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><ul><li><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with Product Development and Merchandising, by providing continuous training and information updates (e.g. pre-season preparation meetings, feedback sessions, and information meetings) regarding PLM and additional relevant systems.</p></li><li><p>Pro-actively highlighting and following up on any issues which may arise during the process by maintaining close contact with your direct team members and manager.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The Ideal Candidate:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor degree with 1-2 years of related work experience or a post-secondary degree with minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience in this field</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluent in English additional languages are a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficient knowledge of MS Excel (V-look up, index matching, pivot table, macros etc)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Working experience with Centric PLM and SAP FMS are a plus</span></p></li><li><p>Interest in system and processes, preferably with experience in Operations</p></li><li><p><span>Analytical and result oriented mind-set</span></p></li><li><p><span>High level of accuracy, problem-solving skills</span> and attention to details</p></li><li><p>Highly organized with good priority setting skills.</p></li><li><p>Able to work in a hectic environment and under pressure with deadlines <span>(time management)</span></p></li><li><p>High productivity is demanded</p></li><li><p><span>Structured and pro-active working approach</span></p></li><li><p>Flexible no 9 to 6 mentality - in peak periods overtime will be asked</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally</p></li><li><p>Team player with a hands on mentality and can work independently</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Can Expect from Us: </b></p><ul><li><p>Acompanyculturethat fostersdevelopment, offering trainingand learning opportunities through our very own PVH University</p></li><li><p>An international environment which respects diversity, equality,and individuality</p></li><li><p>Amonthly Covid home- office budget</p></li><li><p>Asmart work programthatempowers ourassociates to workfrom home in the Netherlands, withina flexible schedule</p></li><li><p>Abeautifulstate-of-the-artCampus awaiting you upon our return to the office</p></li></ul><p><br />Please include a cover letter with your application.
