We are looking for a <b>Retail Business Controller (m/f/x</b>) for our headquarters in Dsseldorf's Media Harbour.<br /></p><p>As a retail business controller you will be responsible to provide our retail business unit with high quality reporting and proactive recommendations to get the maximum out of their business. Working in this role means consulting and developing the stakeholders to be able to use self-services with max efficiency and make the right decisions.</p><p></p><h3>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3><ul><li>Oversee and secure accuracy of the operational reporting landscape</li><li>Assure the right reporting is available at the right time</li><li>Involve and interact proactively with stakeholders to understand the needs of the business</li><li>Permanent follow-up of all sales activities including independent analysis to create an additional benefit</li><li>Prioritize a strategic collaboration with stakeholders to ensure a healthy growth of the business</li><li>Support leads in setting budgets, to measure their business performance</li><li>Measure business performance to set new targets<br /></li></ul><h3>YOUR BACKGROUND:</h3><ul><li>Completed business studies with relevant work experience (min. 3+ years) in a retail environment</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills</li><li>Strong presentation skills</li><li>Solution-oriented action and precise working method</li><li>High degree of team spirit</li><li>Very good MS-Office knowledge (<u>Excel</u>, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>First knowledge BI-Tools (Tableau, Qlik-View, SAP BW)</li><li>Good command of written and spoken English<br /></li></ul><h3>WE OFFER:</h3><p></p><p>Exciting career and development opportunities in an internationally successful company as well as an attractive and dynamic environment.
