<p><b>POSITION SUMMARY: </b>The Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations for Calvin Kleins Global Marketing Organization will support the development of the strategic plan, operating framework, and enterprise program management of the Consumer Marketing Organization (CMO). This role reports into the Senior Director, Strategy and Operations and will partner with the CMO cross functional teams and Calvin Klein Global Strategy to implement and manage the strategic, financial, and operating plan; recommending actions to ensure achievement of the plan and monitoring/reporting against progress. This role will be responsible for coordinating all CMO functional area budget reporting duties in partnership with Finance.</p><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:</b></p><ul><li><p>Support the development of organizational strategy, aligning resources in support of Power Plan priorities, business strategies, and commercial goals</p></li><li><p>Act as enterprise program manager, coordinating cross functional efforts and centralizing ongoing operations towards consolidated organizational goals. Link the portfolio of strategic initiatives and component projects, identifying, rationalizing, monitoring, and controlling interdependencies</p></li><li><p>Manage the strategic allocation and ongoing planning of the Global CMO budgets</p></li><li><p>Provide financial governance to the CMO team and liaise with CK Finance on ongoing budget management and monthly reporting rhythm between CMO functional teams and Finance</p></li><li><p>Responsible for building new capabilities for the CMO org, particularly around defining and creating measurement frameworks and processes with analytical acumen. Ability to engage in analysis and interpretation of financials and data, heavily focused on analytics and ROI to guide decision-making, is key</p></li><li><p>Provide ad-hoc activities and analysis as needed</p></li><li><p>Must have an entrepreneurial mindset, highly collaborative working style and ability to get buy-in, influence and lead change.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Experience</b>:</p><ul><li><p>7+ years of consulting, business management, program management, and/or marketing experience. Consulting experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strength in strategic development, marketing, financial management, and operations</p></li><li><p>Experience in cross-functional program management and activities</p></li><li><p>Experience with team and people management, with the ability to resource/delegate key tasks and coach, develop, and grow team members in their career progressions</p></li><li><p>Broad understanding of the end-to-end processes of key marketing functions</p></li><li><p>Forward-thinking with a balance of analytical and visionary thinking</p></li><li><p>A customer-centric, analytical and ROI based approach to all decision making.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with and managing external vendors</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education: </b></p><ul><li><p>MBA preferred, undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or finance</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills: </b></p><ul><li><p>Ability to create executive-level communication and presentations with executive presence. Ability to present to all levels of the organization. Ability to influence executives, build relationships, and drive action</p></li><li><p>Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills</p></li><li><p>Experience managing strategic projects from ideation to execution, ability to develop strategic frameworks and action plans.</p></li><li><p>Ability to set up efficient and effective processes, manage and meet deadlines, set priorities and manage multiple initiatives independently while leveraging cross-functional resources</p></li><li><p>Ability to deliver strategic recommendations balancing the triple constraints of budget, scope and schedule as appropriate to meet program goals and to effectively communicate the implications of these constraints to both business and program leadership and teams</p></li><li><p>A highly collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally across an international, multicultural and diverse organization</p></li><li><p>Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets with financial and analytical savvy</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Supports the CMO leadership team and regional marketing leaders (Europe, Asia Pacific, Brazil, Australia) to provide strategic planning on global regional marketing spend.</p><p></p><p><b>DECISION MAKING: </b>This role will inform CMO strategic decision makers on CMO business management, operating model, vendor management and collaborate with CMO, Finance, and Corporate Strategy to implement strategic priorities and initiatives.</p><p></p><p><b>RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: </b>This role will analyze, interpret, and draw conclusions from available information, which will be used to inform best practices (including operating models) and recommended actions.
