<p><b>POSITION SUMMARY: </b>The Senior Manager, GTM Operations is responsible for establishing the global GTM operating model for the Global Consumer Marketing Organization (CMO). Working heavily with Project Management, Creative, and Marketing teams and our cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Merchandising, and Retail, this role is responsible for developing strategic and efficient workflows and processes that will guide and inform CMO teams in how to effectively bring campaigns from strategy to launch.</p><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: </b></p><p></p><p><b>GTM Operations:</b></p><div><ul><li><p>Develop and manage global GTM processes, templates, and forums that drive operational efficiencies and steer campaign launches</p></li><li><p>Create templates, tools, and processes with relevant stakeholders to establish new efficiencies in ways of work and delivering projects and campaigns</p></li><li><p>Faciliate cross-functional working sessions for input and alignment on created processes and tools</p></li><li><p>Work in partnership with Product, Retail, and Regions to support cross-functional needs and GTM timelines</p></li><li><p>Instill ways of work on project alignment, ownership, role expectations, and problem solving & decision durability</p></li><li><p>Create a culture of collaboration and transparency within clear standards and processes for large breadth of stakeholder groups</p></li><li><p>Drive continuous improvement on established operating models to develop operational efficiencies and clarity on roles and ways of work</p></li><li><p>Facilitate stakeholder change management, education, and training</p></li></ul><p></p></div><p><b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p></p><p><b><u>Experience: </u></b></p><ul><li><p>7+ years of marketing or project management experience with strength in cross-functional collaboration, driving complex projects and marketing initiatives</p></li><li><p>Strong background in the fashion, retail or consumer goods industries, advertising also a plus</p></li><li><p>Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in own areas of scope and cross-functional projects and activities</p></li><li><p>Broad understanding of the end-to-end processes of key marketing functions</p></li><li><p>Forward-thinking with a balance of analytical and visionary thinking; proven success developing and implementing new, innovative ideas and processes</p></li><li><p>Experience and agility in creating business process models, project management-related templates, and other slide-based deliverables to communicate recommendations and expectations</p></li><li><p>Strong business acumen to understand and apply new processes effectively to support Calvin Klein existing and planned future business priorities</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Education: </u></b></p><p>Bachelors Degree (or equivalent work experience)</p><p></p><p><b><u>Skills</u></b></p><p><b>Strategic Leadership </b> Drive the design and implementation for new organizational capabilities and process modeling on how we work together across cross-functional stakeholders within the CMO organization and beyond</p><ul><li><p>Models leadership behaviors that are grounded in Calvin Klein Mission and Values</p></li><li><p>Leads implementation and change management of transformation initiatives for GTM processes and operating model</p></li><li><p>Cultivates a culture of agility and nimbleness; adapting processes and workflows to meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Influences multiple and varied stakeholders at different levels across the organization to align with the business direction and processes</p></li><li><p>Champions change leadership while staying attuned to the evolving needs of the team and the broader organization</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Planning and Execution - </b>Develop strategic and operational plans for Calvin Klein Global Consumer Marketing Organization, managing execution and measuring results</p><ul><li><p>Identifies opportunities for GTM and business process transformation. Gains executive support and alignment for prioritization of those opportunities</p></li><li><p>Collaborates across program, functional and business leads to develop and manage objectives, scope, budget and timelines for key projects/initiatives</p></li><li><p>Develops and executes communication strategies to drive change management, in support of new processes and ways of work</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure clarity and alignment around vision/direction of the CMO GTM process, key strategic decisions and business performance</p></li><li><p>Champion and operationalize the GTM process with respect to the campaign</p></li><li><p>Ability to influence without direct authority, especially with senior executives</p></li><li><p>Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with ability to facilitate and gain alignment in cross-functional meeting settings and to drive stakeholder change management</p></li></ul><div><p></p></div><p><b>Internal: </b>Product, Merchandising, Retail Business Channels, Regional Marketing / Business Leaders, PMO, Marketing, Creative, Store Design & Visual Merchandising, eCom/CK.com, Brand and Corporate Communications</p><p><b>External: </b>External vendors and consultants, licensees</p><div><p></p></div><p><b>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p><b>Direct: </b>Global GTM Operations; Project and Program Management</p><p></p><p><b>DECISION MAKING: </b>Provide strategic recommendations and decisions on the GTM operating model and process. Works in partnership with CMO, NA, and Regional senior leaders to define roles and responsibilities and project structure</p><p></p><p><b>RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: </b>Continue to create new procedures and identify best solutions to improve efficiency globally. Must be flexible and resourceful to changing opinions to create effective global operating model for GTM processes that fosters collaboration and innovation and delivers strong business/financial impact</p><p></p><p><b>ENVIRONMENT: </b>Fast-paced environment with constant change.
