Thats the Power of PVH.</p><p></p><p><b>The Department </b></p><p>The Finance Hub within PVH Europe supports the company in achieving its short and long-term financial and strategic targets. The Hub comprises of the following disciplines: FP&A/ Central Controlling, Financial Reporting, Financial Ops & Risk, Shared Service Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Credit Control, Procurement, Legal; and the newly created Strategic Finance.</p><p><br /><b>The Team</b></p><p>The external landscape is constantly changing and so are the information needs of the company. The introduction of our long-term strategy and the focus on recovery priorities (from impacts caused by the Covid 19 virus) result in changes for the Finance Hub and call for a more strategic stance going forward.</p><p>Additionally, the ongoing Digitalization, Process improvement and Globalization require that we reset our long-term view of the Finance function and the processes it supports.<br /><br />Next to the traditional roles in the Finance Hub, we are setting up a new team, the Strategic Finance team in order to support us to navigate through the required changes.<br /><br />The main objective of this newly created team is to:</p><ul><li>Strengthen the alignment between Strategy and Finance by managing the annual strategic/ financial planning process (PowerPlan) for PVHE</li><li>Support to reset the long term view of the Finance function, processes and deliverables with the aim to maximize efficiencies and drive business value</li></ul><p><br /><b>The Position</b></p><p>This is a newly created role, in a newly created team; therefore, entrepreneurial mindset is key. We are looking for an experienced professional to support us to strengthen and manage the annual strategic/ financial planning process and align the organization accordingly. In this context, the successful candidate will work closely with the Business and our Controlling team; she/ he will support us to refine our financial long-term plans, ensuring that they reflect the right thinking and level of detail based on the companys strategy and market environment.<br /></p><p>In addition, she/he will support us to future-proof the Finance function; she/he will promote clear direction and focus areas for the coming years, by supporting with the development and implementation of the long-term Finance strategic transformation program; acting as program manager thereof.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Strengthen and manage the annual strategic financial planning process, in accordance with the needs of our long-term strategy; organize all stakeholders on required calendar and outputs</li><li>Support with design and implementation of long-term strategic transformation program for Finance, in close collaboration with Sr. Finance leaders</li><li>Act as change agent to drive the Finance strategic transformation program with the key stakeholders involved</li><li>Define targets for strategic priorities, set-up and implement tracking against- in close collaboration with Project Management Office</li><li>Drive various projects relevant to finance and strategy</li></ul><p><br /><b>The ideal Candidate</b></p><ul><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in Consulting, Transformation, Finance roles</li><li>Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a technical study</li><li>Strategic thinking and strategic planning capabilities</li><li>Experience in transformation programs</li><li>Strong understanding of the Finance function and operation models</li><li>Highly analytical with strong problem solving skills; project management skills</li><li>Flexible and self-starter; Strong communicator with experience in engaging with senior leaders</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Can Expect from Us:</b></p><ul><li>Acompanyculturethat fostersdevelopment, offering trainingand learning opportunities through our very own PVH University</li><li>An international environment which respects diversity, equality,and individuality</li><li>AmonthlyCovidhome- office budget</li><li>Asmart work programthatempowers ourassociates to workfrom home in the Netherlands, withina flexible schedule</li><li>A beautifulstate-of-the-artCampus awaiting you upon our return to the office</li></ul><p><br />Please include a cover letter with your application.
