In a constantly changing retail environment, they look to drive the optimum assortment for each retail location, based upon: customer profile, sales targets and regional retail landscape.</p><p>Working closely with all key retail stakeholders (buying, retail operations, visual merchandising and store teams) collaboration, strong communication and a passion for opportunity and success are the foundations for this team!</p><p>Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager the Supply Chain Co-ordinator plays a key role, ensuring stock is available in the right place, at the right time.</p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><p></p><p><i>UK+ Supply Chain</i></p><ul><li>Working for the UK+ supply chain department as a team of three you will help to support all aspects of stock movement covering transport, warehousing, stores and off-site location management.</li><li>Supporting the creation of reports on a new department.</li><li>Working with all DCs/Couriers/Stores to ensure smooth flow of goods.</li><li>Co-ordinating with B&M and operations team to establish best practice across the business.</li><li>Supporting the Supply Chain Manager in general administrative tasks.</li></ul><p></p><p><i>Stock Flow</i></p><ul><li>Supporting the in-transit status of all goods. Ensure smooth flow from location to location.</li><li>Assist in the reporting of store capacities and over-stocks.</li><li>Supporting with any stock builds/stock exits needed in the business.</li><li>Working with the Supply Chain Manager to provide full visibility of current stock flow status to the business, both in and out of stores.</li><li>Supporting the business to ensure all transfers are created correctly in retail systems.</li><li>Assisting in pricing execution across channels, in- season and end of season.</li><li>Establish a great relationship with our couriers and support with bookings process for all collections/deliveries.</li><li>Be point of contact with our concession partner DCs to ensure all stock bookings are made in an efficient manner.</li><li>Align with Retail and Ops teams to ensure all communication is clear, and continuing to drive better efficiency of our processes.</li></ul><p></p><p><i>Stock and Pricing</i></p><ul><li>Support on stock take process. Updating business on stock file accuracy.</li><li>Investigate stock inaccuracies and work with stock control to improve accuracy.</li><li>Manage all concession price files.</li><li>Assist in the reporting of store capacities and over-stocks.</li><li>Supporting with any stock builds/stock exits needed in the business.</li></ul><p></p><p><i>Off-sites & Warehousing</i></p><ul><li>Assist in the reporting of warehouse capacities and over-stocks.</li><li>Working with Buying & Merchandising and Ops to understand all stock due in/out to create forecasts of stock holding for the local DCs.</li><li>Understand store specific needs and support where possible to accommodate stock flow.</li></ul><p></p><p><i>About</i> <b>YOU</b></p><ul><li>You'll be educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally a degree with Mathematical bias.</li><li>Youll enjoy building relationships and be confident working with multiple departments to consolidate information.</li><li>Youll have some experience of using Microsoft Excel, using basic formulas.</li><li>Youll have a keen eye for detail, being able to use lots of data to pull out key information.</li><li>Youll be super organised and confident managing your own deadlines.</li><li>Youll ideally have experience using SAP, but not essential.</li></ul><p></p><p><i>About</i> <b>WHAT WE OFFER </b></p><p>At PVH, we understand that the success of our organisation is directly related to our hardworking and dedicated associates who contribute their time and talents to help make our Company the success it is.
