Now we are actively looking for a Financial Controlling & Accounting Specialist to join our organization, who will be both in charge of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands.</p><p></p><p><b>The Position</b></p><p>This role is a generalist in accounting, reporting to the Financial Control Manager (FC), working in a team of 3-4 accountants.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Follow up & lead on Local and USGAAP Financial Statements</li><li>Control & Coordinate the month end close within corporate deadlines based on required controls and reporting</li><li>Conduct various month end or annual reports, journal entries and reconciliations in a timely manner</li><li>Prepare detailed BS and P&L and analysis, support and control the BS reconciliation, analysis and review</li><li>Maintain cost of goods sold transactions including relevant postings & reporting</li><li>Support inventory and stock related adjustments and controls, including cycle counting</li><li>Complete and act as main contact for intercompany & non-intercompany reconciliations and cross-charges</li><li>Perform IFRS16 leasing agreements on global system and required journal entries</li><li>Support and coordinate internal and external audit processes as relevant</li><li>Support FC in establishing necessary policy and procedures, controls and reporting systems to maintain and enforce effective financial controls</li><li>Prepare financial reports and ad-hoc analysis to guide and support FC in such strategic decisions</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Ideal Candidate</b></p><ul><li>University degree in a relevant field (i.e; Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business etc.)</li><li>CPA degree is an asset</li><li>5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, or equivalent role in a multinational environment</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS)</li><li>Fluent in English (both written and spoken)</li><li>Experience in SAP or similar ERP & reporting systems and MS Office.</li><li>Analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people</li><li>High sense of quality and responsibility as well as ability to work autonomously</li><li>Excellent attention to detail capability</li><li>Competent in problem solving</li><li>Proactive, team player, result-oriented</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Can Expect From Us</b></p><ul><li>A company culture that fosters development, offering training and learning opportunities through our very own PVH University</li><li>An international environment which respects diversity, equality, and individuality.</li></ul>","industry":"Retail"
