<p><b>POSITION SUMMARY: </b></p><p>To assist the Supervisor in performing the financial accounting jobs for month end accounts close, handling account receivable function , handling monthly schedule & reconciliation and preparing expense analysis and reporting.</p><p><br /><b><u>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: </u></b></p><ul><li>Perform daily accounting duties including preparing A/R invoices, payments, bank book and bank reconciliations</li><li>Monitor accounts receivable and debtor collection</li><li>Prepare the Aging report and monthly schedule</li><li>Send and follow up the customer statement of account and payment</li><li>Liaise with customers on payment settlement matters</li><li>Handling accounting operations including general ledger, accounting receivable ledger, accounting entries, and month-end closing</li><li>Responsible for preparing monthly accounts closing and quarterly reporting</li><li>Handle ad hoc accounting assignment</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</b></u></p><ul><li>At least 8 years relevant experience in Finance/ Accounting field</li><li>Prior experience with retail / wholesale and US multinationals preferred</li><li>Education: Professional diploma or Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline;</li><li>Holder of Qualified Accountant of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent would be given priority but not a must;</li><li>Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin</li><li>Well knowledge in MS Excel is a must</li><li>Knowledge in SAP/HFM/ ERP systems will be an advantage</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, responsible, diligent and able to work under pressure</li><li>Immediate available is preferred.</li></ul>","industry":"Retail"
