Your responsibility is to develop and implement best in class digital marketing activation including influencer marketing, content marketing and media planning for both local stores and wholesale partners.</p><p></p><p>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li>Plan, develop and manage highly creative and data driven digital marketing activation and storytelling in line with both our own and partners business needs</li><li>Identify digital marketing goals and set priorities in close collaboration with local brand marketing based on consumer insights and business objectives</li><li>Translate global marketing calendar into local digital activation</li><li>Work closely together with internal marketing as well as wholesale partners marketing teams to achieve best in class digital consumer experience</li><li>Together with your team drive influencer marketing and create engaging content that speaks to the customer</li><li>Develop creative and innovative digital campaigns driving traffic to our brands on our wholesale partners platforms</li><li>Work closely together with PR, brand and event marketing to drive traffic to stores, both retail and wholesale</li><li>Together with internal and external stakeholders define and optimize processes in line with our digital marketing needs ensuring most efficient and effective results</li><li>Analyze, challenge and optimize digital marketing activities to gain insights and apply learnings based on KPIs</li><li>Identify and pick up industry trends and insights to drive best in class digital brand experience</li><li>Motivate and coach the digital marketing team</li></ul><p></p><p>YOUR BACKGROUND:</p><ul><li>Min. of 3 years experience within the digital marketing</li><li>Strong analytical and creative skills</li><li>Proven work experience in digital media and familiar with influencer and content marketing</li><li>Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, data and creative needs</li><li>Solution-oriented and precise working method</li><li>Strong project and time management skills</li><li>Good command of written and spoken English</li><li>Experience in managing direct reports</li></ul><p>WE OFFER:</p><p></p><p>Exciting career and development opportunities in an internationally successful company as well as an attractive and dynamic environment.
