<p><b><span>Position Summary: </span></b><span>Plans, organizes, coordinates and manages personnel and activities to ensure effective and efficient receiving, storage and shipping of product.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:</span></b></p><p><b><u><span>Under guidance of immediate supervisor</span></u></b></p><p><span>Plans and manages both manpower and the physical product to ensure continuous flow of goods and meets daily distribution requirements in an automated environment.</span> <span>Coordinates documentation to physical product to ensure timely, damage-free, accurate shipments and receipts.</span> <span>Assists IT with inventory control systems so as to maintain capability of real-time status reporting.</span> <span>Provides training, support, direction and guidance to subordinate personnel to assist in developing their job skills to include daily and annual (written) evaluations.</span> <span>Assures efficient and economical utilization of materials, improvement of methods, and elimination of wasteful practices within the department.</span> <span>Stimulate maximum efficiency and productivity of reporting associates.</span> <span>Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Internal & External Contacts:</span></b></p><p><b><span> Internal : </span></b><span>Hourly Associates, Supervisors, Management, Maintenance, IE and IT</span></p><p><b><span> External : S</span></b><span>upply and equipment vendors, Corporate traffic, Corporate IT, truck lines.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Supervisory Responsibilities:</span></b></p><p><b><span> Direct : </span></b><span>15 - 25 Hourly associates </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Budgetary Responsibilities:</span></b></p><p><b><span> Equipment: </span></b><span>1 million plus</span></p><p><b><span> Salary: </span></b><span>300K - 500K for Hourly associate </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Decision Making:</span></b></p><p><span>1.
