They offer a seamless and consultative service to their stakeholders always making sure they are working to the highest standards.</p><p></p><p>Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the end to end recruitment cycle, delivering a high quality best practice internal recruitment service across our Head Office positions.</p><p></p><p><i>Responsibilities include:</i></p><ul><li><p>Managing an end to end recruitment cycle, delivering a high quality best practice internal recruitment service across PVH UK+ Head Office.</p></li><li><p>Managing the advertising process for live roles via both our internal ATS system (Workday), external job boards and LinkedIn.</p></li><li><p>Headhunting and talent pool generation.</p></li><li><p>Providing a great candidate experience; answering questions, arranging interviews, managing communication and providing a clear status update for all candidates</p></li><li><p>Selecting and screening of applicants to provide suitable shortlists for hiring managers</p></li><li><p>Tracking and monitoring all internal and external interview outcomes, providing candidates with constructive feedback throughout their interview process</p></li><li><p>Partnering with stakeholders to support them with their resourcing needs; both immediate and future. Providing a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment service to the business, from initial briefing to candidate onboarding.</p></li><li><p>Working with internal KPIs and SLAs, and ensuring strategic decisions in line with the Talent Acquisition team budget.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About You</b></p><ul><li><p>You'll have previous experience of 360 recruiting for a fashion retailer/wholesaler (including marketing, advertising, interviewing).</p></li><li><p>You'll be an expert researcher with experience in sourcing exceptional talent directly using LinkedIn, Job Boards, Head Hunting, Social Media, etc.</p></li><li><p>Youll have strong candidate management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.</p></li><li><p>You'll be skilled in analysis, time management, problem solving and innovative thinking</p></li><li><p>You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace</p></li><li><p>Youll be a commercially astute and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About What We Offer</b></p><p>At PVH, we understand that the success of our organisation is directly related to our hardworking and dedicated associates who contribute their time and talents to help make our Company the success it is.
