Thats the Power of PVH.</p><p></p><p><b>The Team</b></p><p>As part of our Site Merchandising team, you will be working on delivering the best possible experience to Tommy.com consumers alongside Merchandising, Content, Master Data and External Partners.</p><p></p><p><b>The Position</b></p><p>As a Site Merchandising Coordinator, your main responsibility is to maximize conversion and sales opportunities by addressing specific market needs in relation to different traffic channels within Tommy.com funnel.</p><p>Within a fast-paced team, you expected to have commercial acumen and understanding of ecommerce within the fashion industry. The challenge is to pursue business tactical initiatives, investigating product performance by following actual consumer behavior and fashion trends.</p><p>The candidate should have the desire to get hands on product presentation, executing Site Merchandising strategies while developing practical knowledge on our tools capabilities.<br /></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><span>Understanding on e-commerce KPI's and ability to act upon insights on Site Merchandising topics: ranking rules & products recommendations strategies and journeys.</span></li><li><span>Key contact point for Content & CRM teams on all Site updates & Seasonal launches weekly site refresh, monthly New Arrival pages, Capsule launches and Newsletters planning.</span></li><li><span>Edit Product display for seasonal features and campaigns, with the aim to deliver a cohesive styling message in line with Brand positioning and commercial strategy.</span></li><li><span>Partner with the Master Data team on the product attribution: understand and act upon product tagging, in context to Product Recommendation, Filters and Navigation tactics.</span></li><li><span>Analyze traffic patterns across different product pages, executing on-site strategies with the aim to improve page engagement and product conversion.</span></li><li><span>Analyze and Communicate weekly metrics on relevant product pages to the wider team, highlighting conversion opportunities, supporting in-season trade.</span><br /></li></ul><p><b>The Ideal Candidate:</b></p><ul><li><span>Flexible and team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment.</span></li><li><span>Good analytical skills and great attention to detail.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge on Ecommerce KPIs and Analytics tools such as Adobe/Google Analytics.</span></li><li><span>Min of 2 years relevant experience in Ecommerce, within the Fashion industry.</span></li><li><span>Strong communication skills, being able to deliver your message to a variety of stakeholders.</span></li><li><span>Understanding on Site Merchandising tools (Fredhopper), product recommendations, sorting rule setting is a plus.</span></li><li><span>Interest in Fashion and keen eye for styling.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work independently, while supporting the team on cross-functional projects</span></li><li><span>Fluent in English and preferably one other European language.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Can Expect From Us:</b></p><ul><li>Acompanyculturethat fostersdevelopment, offering trainingand learning opportunities through our very own PVH University</li><li>An international environment which respects diversity, equality,and individuality</li><li>Amonthly Covid home- office budget</li><li>Asmart work programthatempowers ourassociates to workfrom home in the Netherlands, withina flexible schedule</li><li>Abeautifulstate-of-the-artCampus awaiting you upon our return to the office</li></ul><p><br />Please include a cover letter with your application.
