<p>Since its foundation in 1881, PVH (Philips-Van-Heusen) has developed into one of the largest textile groups with more than 30,000 employees worldwide.</p><p>Led by the premium brands TOMMY HILFIGER & CALVIN KLEIN, we have a diverse portfolio of international fashion brands.</p><p>As the largest European sales organization, PVH Ger+ is responsible for 13 countries.<br /></p><p>We are looking for a <b>Manager Digital Product (m/f/x)</b> to join our headquarters in Dsseldorf's Media Harbour.<br /></p><p>The Digital Product team sits within the Digital Business department, responsible for Digital solutions as foundation of our business, both for B2B and B2C.<br />As fashion-tech company, our aim is to stay ahead of the race and continue to be a pioneer in Digital Selling.</p><p><br />Digital Product is the key driver to enable and drive sustainable Digital Selling across all brands, channels and users.<br />The Digital Showroom, the B2B webshop our Store of the Future and many other groundbreaking innovative products, significantly shape our Digital world.<br />Innovation and agility are not just buzzwords in our unique transformation process, but are passionately lived by us every day.<br />Besides the essential part of driving the Digital Selling ecosystem (product), the role consists of the operational coordination of the launch of products and new features as well as market launch management and related activities.</p><p><br />YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li><p>Focus on the operational Digital Selling Market Launch management</p></li><li><p>Taking product ownership: prioritization of new features and enhancements to existing features, specification of the product roadmap and backlog as well as creating user stories considering the user value and its impact on the PVH GER+ Digital Selling ecosystem</p></li><li><p>Identification of Digital Selling content gain- and pain points to make recommendations on focus areas</p></li><li><p>Owning, monitoring and optimizing of sample reduction targets in line with the Digital Selling content strategy</p></li><li><p>Creation of user-centric Digital best practices, processes, documentation as well as Digital KPIs</p></li><li><p>Independent project work by mobilizing business stakeholders and contributors to build strong business cases</p></li><li><p>Close cooperation with product owners and external partners</p></li><li><p>Interdisciplinary and international collaboration in an agile environment<br /></p></li></ul><p>YOUR BACKGROUND:</p><ul><li><p>University Degree or comparable qualification</p></li><li><p>Proven experience working in a (fashion) tech company with B2C or B2B products</p></li><li><p>Passionate for Digital products and for solving user problems by understanding the products inside out</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail and deep love for a structured way of working</p></li><li><p>Hands-on mentality and strong implementation skills</p></li><li><p>Conceptual strength as well as analytical and goal-oriented way of working</p></li><li><p>Entrepreneurial mindset, open to challenging and being challenged to find the best solution</p></li><li><p>Strong stakeholder and project management skills</p></li><li><p>Team player mentality to share successes and celebrate together</p></li></ul><p></p><p>WE OFFER:</p><p>Exciting career and development opportunities in an internationally successful company as well as an attractive and dynamic environment.<br />As a sustainable company, we bear responsibility for a healthy work-life balance for our employees.<br />Regular employee events and charity campaigns are part of our strong and cordial corporate culture.
