With your passion for people and their development you take over responsibility for development measures such as leadership development, training offers, the annual performance and development cycle and internal mobility. You get excited by designing, developing and implementing best in class talent development offers for people leads and associates that enable them to own their career. In this role you contribute significantly to a great employee experience and generate value for our business. In close collaboration with about 40 regional teammates and even more from all over the world, you will be part of an HR organization that puts people first and is dedicated to make an impact.</p><p></p><p><b>A day in the life of a Senior Manager Talent Development (m/f/x):</b></p><ul><li><p>Talent development offering: You will drive a talent development offering that provides exciting talent development measures to our associates while meeting business requirements and ensure associates can develop their talent at its best</p></li><li><p>Subject matter expert: You will be the subject matter expert for talent development topics such as development programs, career paths, training offers, the performance and development cycle and leadership development</p></li><li><p>Concept and planning: You will conceptualize and design talent development measures and define roll-out approaches</p></li><li><p>Change management: You will accelerate the implementation of innovative talent development measures through focused change management activities and communication</p></li><li><p>System champion: You will be the Workday champion for talent development processes and responsibilities</p></li><li><p>Networking: You will build a strong network throughout the organization to understand the business, current needs and challenges</p></li><li><p>Vendor management: You will engage with external vendors to take make-or-buy decisions for our development offering</p></li><li><p>Continuous improvement: You will continuously improve talent development measures by identifying and evaluating relevant KPI and taking necessary action</p></li><li><p>Strategic direction: You will identify talent development needs in the organization and contribute to the talent development strategy</p></li><li><p>Budget management: You will take over talent development budget responsibility and match spend against budget</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What do we need from you? You have:</b></p><ul><li><p>A university degree, post-secondary education or post graduate diploma in human resources, psychology, social science, labor law or equivalent</p></li><li><p>A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience within HR, thereof at least 3 years of experience in talent development</p></li><li><p>Professional experience in an international context and large-scale, innovative organizations</p></li><li><p>In-depth knowledge of talent development approaches and concepts</p></li><li><p>The ability to conceptualize and design from scratch</p></li><li><p>An independent working style and the ability to dive into new topics autonomously</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</p></li><li><p>Project management and change management skills</p></li><li><p>Experience in the moderation of meetings, workshops and trainings</p></li><li><p>Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills</p></li><li><p>Fluent language skills in German and English (written/spoken); Polish, Czech or Croatian (would be a plus)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you can expect from us:</b></p><ul><li><p>The possibility to work from our beautiful head office which is located at the famous Medienhafen in the heart of Duesseldorf</p></li><li><p>A hybrid smart work program that empowers our associates to work at their preferred location within a flexible schedule</p></li><li><p>We foster a culture of development, offering training and learning opportunities through our very own PVH university</p></li><li><p>Multiple employee benefits such as employee discounts, mobility offers, internal sports classes and other well-being initiatives</p></li><li><p>During covid-19 crisis the health and safety remains a top priority for PVH.
