A clean driving record and commercial driving experience is a must.</p><p>Operate tractor trailer in a safe, efficient and professional manner.</p><p>Insure the security of freight and equipment at all times.</p><p>Complete necessary paper work for payroll and invoicing.</p><p>Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients, vendors, and the public.</p><p></p><ul><li>Team pay splits $.64 per mile, all miles paid.</li><li>Health Benefits<ul><li>Medical</li><li>Dental</li><li>Eye</li></ul></li><li>Sign on bonus, safety bonus, and fuel bonus programs.</li><li>401K, pension</li><li>Generous company discount.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><i><b><i>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB</i></b></i></b>:</p><p>Provide internal and external customers with timely pickups and deliveries in accordance to Fleet Managers schedule.</p><p>Perform regular safety inspections on vehicle to ensure compliance with company and government regulations.</p><p>Demonstrate safe and responsive driving at all times including but not limited to following all DOT regulations, posted speed limits, signaling appropriately, and getting adequate rest.</p><p>Ensure all necessary delivery and transport documents are appropriately signed and dated.</p><p>Performing regular safety inspections of equipment.</p><p>Document driving, rest, off duty and on duty time using electronic logging devices.</p><p></p><p><b><i><b><i>INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:</i></b></i></b></p><p></p><p> <b><b>Internal:</b></b></p><p>Interaction with shipping and receiving clerks at PVH DCs</p><p></p><p> <b><b>External:</b></b></p><p>Interaction with shipping and receiving clerks at vendor locations and Transload operations</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><i><b><i>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: </i></b></i></b></p><p></p><p> <b><b>Direct:</b></b> N/A</p><p></p><p> <b><b>Indirect: </b></b> N/A</p><p></p><p><b><i><b><i>BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES </i></b></i></b>N/A</p><p></p><p><b><i><b><i>DECISION MAKING</i></b></i></b>:</p><p>Decisions are made in conjunction with company and departmental responsibilities and or contractual agreements with retail and wholesale operations as well as outside customer partners.
