Through select licensees, Tommy Hilfiger offers complementary lifestyle products such as eyewear, watches, fragrance, swimwear, socks, small leather goods, home goods and luggage.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>The Department & Team</b></p><p>The TH Product Team is responsible for the creation, merchandising and development of both innovative and sustainable products for Tommy Hilfiger. Responsible for the end to end development of the product, from initial concept through to physical garments, pioneering high quality & product excellence, as well as delivering on company & divisional KPIs.</p><p>In close collaboration between the golden triangle: Merchandise, Design & Product Development, as well as with other stakeholders, this team plays an intricate part in delivering the Tommy Hilfiger brand DNA.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>The Position </b></p><p>The role mainly includes day to day high level assistance for our management team within the Tommy Hilfiger Product Department, proactively managing extensive calendars and expenses, organizing divisional events and work closely with the other assistants.</p><p>This person will also be in charge of: organize complex, multi-stop, international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries and managing visa requests, video conferencing set up and organize agenda (and minutes) for key management meetings.</p><p>You should enjoy being the main contact, juggling many things at once and have a can do attitude. This role is perfect for someone looking for a challenging move into a dynamic and fast paced environment.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br /><i><span>General management assistance (e.g., calendar, travel, expenses) </span></i></p><ul><li><span>Calendar management for VPs </span></li><li><span>All travel arrangements (incl. visa applications) for VPs, including making detailed day-to-day travel itinerarys</span></li><li><span>Handling of incoming emails, telephone calls including doing follow-up for VPs (independent, prioritization and further handling of any correspondence)</span></li><li><span>Handling general and confidential correspondence (proposal letters, decks) for VPs </span></li><li><span>Setting up: meetings and booking meetings rooms (incl. drinks, snacks, lunch if needed) / conference calls and video conferences / S&P team town halls</span></li><li><span>Database management when required in VMS/ CRM/ SAP (invoice approvals) for VPs</span></li><li><span>Sorting-out IT related issues for VPs</span></li><li><span>Preparation and execution of different kinds of (physical and digital) mailings (to internal teams, vendors, etc</span></li><li><span>Covering for colleagues when on (sick) leave</span></li><li><span>Expenses for VPs</span></li><li><span>Arranging IT set up, transportation, catering for important clients when visiting our offices</span></li><li><span>Handling mail/ packages for VPs</span></li></ul><p><br /></p><p><i><span>Team supports (anything to do with team under the management)</span></i></p><ul><li><span>Floor clean-ups</span></li><li><span>Floor space re-arrangements: creating floor plan, making adjustments in coordination with teams and VPs</span></li><li><span>(Digital) event planning and organization for the teams: full day events and evenings including tasks such as arranging external locations, full IT setup, booking of external speakers, venue dressing, catering, restaurant bookings, table seating, gifts, prizes.</span></li><li><span>Various ad hoc assignments for the team during sketch reviews, DCR, ML</span></li><li><span>Where support is requested, helping out new team members setting up/ settling in IT related issues, laptop, phone, where to go, applying for cards, need requests</span></li></ul><p><br /><br /><b>The Ideal Candidate:</b></p><p>The ideal candidate will have been a Management Assistant to VP level or above for several years in an international environment.</p><p>Next to that our candidate should have/be:</p><ul><li>Flexible!</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Problem solver</li><li>Experience in event management</li><li>Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written)</li><li>Computer literate (Microsoft package)</li><li>Previous similar experience in an international environment</li><li>Team player</li><li>Pro-active</li><li>Discreet and professional</li><li>Experience within fashion is a distinct advantage</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>What You Can Expect from Us: </b></p><ul><li>Acompanyculturethat fostersdevelopment, offering trainingand learning opportunities th
