Pairing detailed HR knowledge with a service mindset, this role will challenge and shape HR processes and practices to deliver up to our vision of providing best-in-class HR services.<br />Having a deep understanding and affinity for HR data, insights and analytics, this role will actively drive KPI-based decisions and improvements along the talent life cycle.<br /><br />In addition, this role will drive our health and well-being policies and their implementation.<br />Moreover, the role will help in continuously improving our benefits portfolio according to constantly changing circumstances and will be the owner for our hybrid smart work approach.<br />In this role you will closely collaborate with multiple stakeholders from all levels in the organization mainly but not limited to management, all HR functions, facility management and legal.</p><p></p><p><b>A day in the life of a Senior Manager Employee Experience (m/f/x):</b></p><ul><li><p>You will act as employee advocate partner & collaborate to implement business decisions and influence understanding of these across the business</p></li><li><p>Voice of the Associate: You will develop a keen understanding of the voice of our Associates, understanding their needs and ensuring we deliver on these</p></li><li><p>You will shape all foundational people services support through the right balance of employee experience, efficiency, systems automation and human touch</p></li><li><p>You will lead Engagement & Pulse Surveysin the region and evolve, embed initiatives across the employee life-cycle</p></li><li><p>You will track, analyze and interpret data for areas of responsibility and feedback with insights/ recommendations to the business/HRBP focusing on prevention</p></li><li><p>You will own health & safety policies, ensure they are updated and revised as needed to ensure a constantly safe working environment, take care processes are maintained across the work place</p></li><li><p>You will be the expert for our hybrid smart work model and continuously define and update policies, take care of implementation and improvement</p></li><li><p>You will define, implement and evolve benefits and amenities for our associates to increase the Employer Value Proposition</p></li><li><p>You will develop & drive a culture of care ensuring all aspects of health & well-being are being considered and supported</p></li><li><p>You will maintain vendor relationships and service level agreements across areas of responsibility</p></li><li><p>You will lead and own HR investigations for complex complaints & allegations including, but not limited to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, ethics violations, hostile work environment, unfair treatment and violation of company policies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What do we need from you?
