As a developer, you will technically support and work closely with merchandisers, designers and product developers to realize seasonal collections.</span></p><p></p><p><span><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Managing fit and workmanship of all styles from Proto to Pre-Production samples.</span></li><li><span>Advising Design + Product Development teams which patterns/specs to use for which styles, and cultivating a culture of block adherence.</span></li><li><span>Building patterns and manipulating existing patterns to develop new fits</span></li><li><span>Fitting of garments on a live model in front of a larger team.</span></li><li><span>Inputting of comments, drawn diagrams and annotated pictures into PLM. Giving clear instructions to factory how to adjust pattern and workmanship to achieve a better outcome.</span></li><li><span>Maintenance of specs and grading in PLM system.</span></li><li><span>Working with international team of Technical Developers (usually via email or online meetings) to perform risk assessment throughout a styles development. Working together with relevant teams to find appropriate solutions.</span></li><li><span>Weekly meetings with wider team to discuss upcoming deadlines and workload.</span></li><li><span>Management of Outlook inbox and calendar</span></li><li><span>Arranging and leading fittings, booking fit models etc.</span></li><li><span>Maintaining an up to date in-house block library in order to achieve fit consistency Building of fit and technical overviews for clarity across teams</span></li><li><span>Supporting our 3D teams through the stitching together of patterns in Browzwear.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The Ideal Candidate:</b></p><ul><li><span>Should exemplify</span><span><b>organizational, time management</b></span><span>and</span><span><b>prioritization</b></span><span>skills. The candidate will work on 3 seasons at once, and with multiple designers + product developers. A sound ability to keep oneself organized, manage deadlines and focus on what's important first is critical.</span></li><li><span>A</span><span><b>team player.</b></span><span>The wider team will occasionally call on each other for support to manage abnormally high workload or special projects. The ability to ask for help when necessary, and a willingness to support others, is important.</span></li><li><span><b>Analytical</b></span><span>skills.
