Their duties include scheduling preventative maintenance tasks, reacting to maintenance emergencies and testing building security systems. They may also be required to determine building equipment and supply needs to new buildings.</p><p></p><p><b>A day in the life of a Property Coordinator (m/f/x):</b></p><ul><li><p>Organization: You will act as the point of contact for multiple different requests and ad-hoc topics regarding our properties and facilities. This may also include first to alarms and technical issues but also long term initiatives</p></li><li><p>Health & Safety Safety measures for our offices and showrooms incl. the conception of trainings, communication, contact to the company doctor the security officer</p></li><li><p><span>Projects: You will be part of various projects such as the implementation of new office concepts, internal relocations or flexibilization of parking facilities, to name just a few</span></p></li><li><p>Stakeholder Management: You will be in close contact with a variety of different internal and external stakeholders like construction companies, cleaning services and many others</p></li><li><p><span>Maintenance: You will be responsible for the maintenance of our technical systems, such as heating, air conditioning or fire protection in close coordination with owners and property managers</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What do we need from you?
