<p>The Business Process Management (BPM) organization contributes to PVHs transformation through global adoption of new and enduring business capabilities. BPM optimize business processes to deliver consistent, core capabilities balanced with flexibility to support value add brand/regional differences.</p><p></p><p>The BPM Business Process Transformation Team operates as internal consultants across PVH enterprise leading the design and implementation of leading business practices for strategic transformation programs. The team serves as subject matter experts, guiding and supporting business units/regions on integrated strategies/roadmaps, business process design, development of capabilities and systems, performance metrics, transformation enablement & adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement.</p><p></p><p>The primary responsibility of the Senior Business Process Specialist Analytics is to drive the advancement of PVHs end-to-end Analytics business processes, capabilities, & performance across supply planning, consumer, merchandise financial planning, demand management, merchandise assortment planning, inventory management & allocation, and commercial selling.</p><p></p><p>This role has a significant leadership (influence) impact on building, enabling, and advancing the PVHs Analytics processes & capabilities across PVH brands and business units. It requires a strong ability to influence at multiple levels across the organization.</p><p></p><p>This position actively partners with business and IT in the implementation of Analytics business transformation projects with a focus on leading Analytics process optimization and capability implementation. This role drives and facilitates key business enablement activities including business use cases & outcomes, data & metric requirements, capability design reviews, data validation, user acceptance testing, education & training, and business readiness/adoption.</p><ul><li><p>Contribute as a Analytics Subject Matter Expert with strong working knowledge of Commercial Planning, Supply Planning, Merchandising, Selling, & Inventory Management to elevate analytics process & capabilities to deliver on business value outcomes</p></li><li><p>Drive current state Analytics process discovery & assessment to understand business requirements & improvement opportunities for new capabilities</p></li><li><p>Define & document future state Analytics business use cases, outcomes, data, & metric requirements leveraging new capabilities</p></li><li><p>Ensure consistent approach to defining Analytics metrics & KPIs including definitions, data, & calculations</p></li><li><p>Enable cross-functional integration of Analytics with other PVH enterprise data domains</p></li><li><p>Partner with product owner & product team to adoption & business enagagement plans</p></li><li><p>Outline who, how & when for embedding insights from analytics into business process</p></li><li><p>Track KPIs & performance improvements to deliver continuous value</p></li><li><p>Partner with business units in understanding from/to change impacts, assessing process & organizational readiness, and implementing change readiness action plans to ensure successful adoption</p></li><li><p>Facilitate delivery of Analytics data-driven decision making training and conduct pre and post go-live evaluations to identify risks and drive training/adoption corrective actions</p></li><li><p>Enable development of Analytics training & connect with day in the life business process training playbooks, how-to guides, and procedure documentation</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized Analytics KPI analytics & reporting capabilities</p></li><li><p>Support Analytics capability adoption with objective of unlocking foresights, hindsights & insights</p></li><li><p>Support & facilitate cross business unit forums to exchange of Analytics best practices, transfer knowledge, share adoption successes and learnings, and drive continuous improvement opportunities</p></li><li><p>Stay apprised of latest analytics and technology capabilities that can be applied to PVH processes</p></li></ul><p></p><p>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</p><p></p><p></p><p><span><b>Education:</b></span></p><ul><li><p>Bachelors degree</p></li></ul><p><span></span></p><p><b>Experience/Skills: </b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 5 years operational and/or consulting experience in Business Planning (Demand, Inventory, Margin, Merchandise, & Assortment), Business/Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence</p></li><li><p>Retail Apparel or Consumer Products company experience preferred, especially a fast-moving, multi-channel consumer goods business</p></li><li><p>Experience in creating reports, projections, models, & presentations to support business strategy & tactics</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 2 years experience in business process management or improvement</p></li><li><p>2+ years experience with leading Planning & Retail assortment management applications (i.e. JDA), Commercial ERP (i.e. SAP), & Analytics Tools (i.e. Microstrategy/Tableau).
