Based in the Amsterdam European HQ, the team is split into 4 sub teams: Design, Product Development, Supply Value Chain, Buying & Planning and Merchandising & Sales</p><p><br />These 4 teams work together in an informal setting to create superbly styled and high-end quality products for the European consumer base. Tommy Hilfiger Menswear presents 4 collections per year (Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter).</p><p></p><p><b>The Position</b><br />As a Denim Product Developer working in the Menswear Division, you will be part of the Denim team developing seasonal collections for the International Markets for the Menswear, Tommy Jeans and Tommy Kids divisions. You will work closely with the Denim Designers, the developers from the development team, the merchandise team of the divisions for the planning and development of each seasonal collection.</p><p>As a Sustainable Coordinator Denims, you will be the go to person within the company for Denims across the several division (Menswear, Womenswear, Tommy Jeans and Tommy Kids). You will work closely with our vendors, nominated Denim mills, Designers, Product Developers, your CR partner and the Denim VP on seasonal Sustainability within the collection as well as long term Sustainability projects.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Product Developer for all IM-Denims across divisions (MSW, Tommy Jeans, Tommy Kids)</p></li><li><p>Connect with IM Merchandiser (on shore and off shore)</p></li><li><p>Create design and technical tech-packs</p></li><li><p>Develop IM requested proto and follow up and until production</p></li><li><p>Supporting role as Product Developer MSW Denim for TH collection and special projects</p></li><li><p>Sustainable Denim ambassador across divisions</p></li><li><p>Gatekeeper of the annual Sustainable KPIs set by the Denim VP and report seasonally to VP and to Corporate Responsibility team</p></li><li><p>Data collection, target follow-up and data reporting each season to the key business stake holders</p></li><li><p>Overseeing sustainable targets and performance of division and communication accordingly with PDs / Management / CR / external supply chain partners (wash, fabric, circularity, etc)</p></li><li><p>Support CR Coordinator to ensure visibility of data to the business and generate clear reporting every season</p></li><li><p>Create a clear road map together with the divisions and safeguard that the deadlines and targets are achieved and touch points on the roadmaps are met</p></li><li><p>Ad-hoc support for divisions, advising on sustainability content, wash, fabrics, trims and labelling</p></li><li><p>Responsible for coordination of Sustainable projects e.g. lower impact Denim washes and finishes</p></li><li><p>Be the go to point for questions around sustainable denim from product development, design, CR, Merchandise, Marketing and management</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Denim Fabric and Innovation team to be able to scale up sustainable processes</p></li><li><p>Connection with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Merchandise / Sales) to ensure education on product sustainability initiatives</p></li><li><p>Educate & inform internal stakeholders on external trends, work group status/direction, opportunities, & challenges</p></li><li><p>Identify technical innovation opportunities with strategic denim supply-chain partners - driving product sustainability improvements.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The Ideal Candidate:</b></p><ul><li><p>Graduated at a Master degree level or equivalent</p></li><li><p>4-5 years of experience in Denim Product Development with a full focus on Sustainability within Denim world</p></li><li><p>Advanced Project management skills to drive Sustainability projects</p></li><li><p>Is able to work in a highly productive, sometime hectic environment with a hands-on mentality</p></li><li><p>Excellent computer skills of Microsoft programs (PowerPoint and Excel) and PLM</p></li><li><p>Some understanding of 3D software such as Browzwearis an advantage</p></li><li><p>Analytical and solution driven</p></li><li><p>Ability to present to a bigger audience</p></li><li><p>Business English fluency (both written and verbal).</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Can Expect from Us: </b></p><ul><li><p>A beautiful state-of-the-art Campus, complete with our very own People's Place Gym and People's PlaceCafs</p></li><li><p>A companyculturethat fostersdevelopment, offering training and learning opportunities through our very own PVH University</p></li><li><p>An international environment which respects diversity, equality, and individuality</p></li><li><p>Asmart work programthatempowers our associates to work at their preferred location within a flexible schedule</p></li&
