Thats the Power of PVH.</span></p><p></p><p><b>The Team</b></p><p>The Omnichannel Development, Controlling & Business Operations department formalizes the omnichannel strategy, drives the development of associated business processes & consumer services as well as leading their operational implementation. The department is also in charge of evaluating the business and financial performance of the omnichannel business.</p><p>In more detail, the Omnichannel Analytics & Reporting team supports the organization in reaching their (financial) targets by defining and delivering the long-term omnichannel reporting strategy for omnichannel sales (direct-to-consumer), omnichannel services & omnichannel enablers. Their mission is to enable their stakeholders to drive a consumer centric and profitable business by advising and consulting on data driven insights. The team works on analytics and reporting that enables the execution of strategic initiatives that boost our organizations efficiency, effectiveness and overall performance. These initiatives are of an Omnichannel nature, meaning they will touch all channels, (full price, outlet, e-commerce, concessions). The team is using a wide range of tools to support these analysis.</p><p></p><p><b>The Position </b></p><p>The Sr. Manager Omnichannel Analytics & Reporting position reports into the VP Omnichannel Development, Controlling and Business Operations and will be responsible for the omnichannel analytics team (a team of four). In more detail the role is about:</p><p></p><p><b>Key responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Leading the omnichannel reporting & analytics team; defining & delivering the long-term omnichannel reporting strategy for omnichannel sales (direct-to-consumer), omnichannel services & omnichannel enablers. This role will act as the main point of contact & expert for the full omnichannel department (and wider) with regards to analytics, omnichannel data & reporting;</li><li>Enable team of analysts to convert (strategic) business requirements into suitable reporting & analytical capabilities; including data management, P&L analysis, sell-out reports & dashboards across SAP, Tableau and Google Analytics. Support delivery through agile methodology;</li><li>Lead & develop the team, expand their skill sets to further develop and deliver according to objectives;</li><li>Introduce new KPIs and reports across Europe to support change of mindset and new performance perspective, and enable (senior) stakeholders to drive consumer centric and profitable business by advising on data driven insights;</li><li>Organize and coordinate disciplined reporting processes in a global company with teams in different countries / stakeholders, whilst delivering P&L analytics to boost O&O store performance and profitability for all channels (for example, country deep-dive analyses, store portfolio optimization, store occupancy tracking etc.);</li><li>Lead part of business case analysis to support investment decision for projects: Identify and formalize data sources, hypotheses, analysis concepts and financial modelling;</li><li>This position will need to forge strong partnerships and collaboration with the Business Intelligence, Ecommerce, Retail Markets, Controlling, CRM & Omnichannel HQ to ensure successful delivery and implementation within organization.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>The Ideal Candidate: </b></p><ul><li>University degree in Business Administration / Economics / Econometrics or related;</li><li>Approximately 5 7 years relevant experience, including 3-5 years leading / coaching a team;</li><li>Working experience in analytics & reporting is required;</li><li>Experience with data modeling and ability to translate data into comprehensive visualizations using best practices;</li><li>Experience with Tableau, Adobe, Google analytics with Python as a plus;</li><li>Used to working in Agile methodology;</li><li>Ability to manage complex cross functional program and datasets (SAP Hana & BW is a plus);</li><li>Strong PowerPoint and Excel skill;</li><li>Self-starter with ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure;</li><li>Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks while looking for ways to improve current processes;</li><li>Flexible: comfortable working in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment;</li><li>Open, charismatic and winning personality to be able to handle various stakeholders across the organization and to communicate successfully with stakeholders across levels and cultures.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Can Expect from Us: </b></p><ul><li>A beautiful state-of-the-art Campus, complete with our very own People's Place Gym and People's PlaceCafs</li><li>A companyculturethat fostersdevelopment, offering training and learning opportunities through our very own PVH University</li><li>An international environment which respects diversity, equality, and individuality</li><li>Asmart work programthatempowers our associates to work at their preferred location within a flexible schedule</li><li>A chance to unwind with weekly social activities</li></ul><p><br />Please include a cover letter with your application.
