<p><span>The Position</span></p><p></p><p>The key objective is to be responsible for the follow up of the Woven Category Product Development in collaboration with Amsterdam HQ, RM and technical teams. The product is developed, produced and delivered based on the standards and goals established in cooperation with PD teams in HQ. This position reports into the Manager 1, Merchandising, Woven TH Menswear & Womenswear.</p><p></p><p>Primary responsibilities of the job:</p><ul><li>Responsible for development and production of the Woven Category multi product.</li><li>Works constructively with Amsterdam HQ and local vendors to execute the product development in the most efficient way.</li><li>Negotiates the best possible commercial price for all our products whilst keeping the quality standards at the required level</li><li>Takes a pro-active role in continuously improving the product in ways of quality and fit. Searches new innovative ways for product development.</li><li>Coordinates and ensures that all the systems are updated and matching as per internal information (PLM, VMS).</li><li>Travels to production facilities in Turkey, to check status and quality of samples and production.</li><li>Responsible for quality and on time delivery of the collections/production</li></ul><p></p><p><span>The Ideal Candidate</span></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree or equivalent - textile education</li><li>Minimum 10 years relevant experience</li><li>Used to working under pressure with deadlines.
